Parking space which is a bonus in the centre of Bath, comfortable bed, clean room, lovely breakfast, friendly staff
The pantry on both our visits was virtually empty & staying on the LG floor our rooms were adjacent to kitchen door which banged everytime it swinged open/close so when staff arrived for work at 6.30/6.45am the noise woke you up! So no chance of a lie in! Maybe a rubber stop on the door would solve the problem!

What did I like? Everything. However, No15 has ruined travelling for me. They set a trap of enticing me to book the Hideout. As a result, and reflecting that this is the best room I have ever stayed in, (Huge hot tub, steam room and shower, beautiful lounge, separate entrance and reserved parking) I can no longer face the prospect of being crushingly disappointed by visiting any other hotel. It is not just the room. Staff are exceptional throughout. The hotel has a pantry for goodness sake where guests can help themselves to free home made cookies, crisps, fruit, sweets, ice cream. The bar is stunning. Breakfast is excellent. No15, I think you owe me an apology which maybe you can provide when I next stay.
I do not like the fact I can no longer visit any other hotel.

The location was excellent, staff very pleasant and we loved the pantry which was replenished regularly and a lovely touch. Had two beautiful cocktails in the evening in the bar.
the decor in certain areas was not our taste and our room number 19, had bare plaster walls which we looked onto from our bed, which is not a look that we like. However, the room was well equipped, Dyson hairdryer, fridge, safe and dolls house complete with kettle and coffee machine. The taps in the shower and over the bath were very difficult to operate and we felt needed simple instructions visible, we had water going everywhere from the shower head over the bath, which took two large bath towels to clean up!!

Breakfast was delightfully delicious(the cooked options were freshly prepared to perfection-compliments to the chef & a lovely member of the 15 team’s recommendations, I especially enjoyed, and appreciated the yogurt, fruit compote and oat topping this morning that I can only describe as scrumptious & indulgent, heavenly dessert vibes. I also really appreciated the comfortable bed(bed linen felt nice ie very comfortable tactile and soft)ambience, generally very pleasant and super cosy style furnishings(superbly designed attention to detail throughout). Having the opportunity of a pantry resource was fun and quirky(literally reminded me of school daze in Harpenden in the 1980s & the tuck shop not to mention captured youth, literally felt like I regressed back to one’s youth lol). I also love the fact that it is pet friendly too(good to know for future reference:-). Lovely team dynamic it seems that are undoubtedly a credit to this specific hospitality establishment, Bath & the hospitality industry on the whole(the real stars of the show). A 💯ultimate home from home vibe that you very rarely have in the hospitality industry, Thank you! 🏡🐶
There didn’t seem to have an option for caffeine free beverages in the form of redbush(naturally caffeine free tea produced in SA) nor herbal teas like peppermint, camomile etc. yet the accommodating guest pantry resource supplies was very welcome and so it was all good, can’t really complain nor fault anything as there was nothing to fault nor dislike at all(great guest house concept)!

The staff and location are amazing, the hotel is beautiful, really creative and quirky. The design of the hotel is lovely, and would really suit creatives! There was nothing about it that was bland or boring. The staff are extremely kind and professional, really really lovely. The beds, bedding and towels, etc were all really high quality. There's some really lovely touches, like a pantry with drinks, sweets, and popcorn (and more) which you can help yourself to and record playeres in each room. You can chromecast from your phone/device to the TVs, the food and cocktails are really outstanding. I couldn't afford the spa so can't comment on that, but imagine it would be equally as high quality and standards.
Booking.com listed 'breakfast as available' to which I'd understood for £260 per night that breakfast was included. It wasn't. This wasn't the hotels fault, but left me feeling very disappointed as it was a birthday treat. Also the bedroom was absolutely tiny and was not as clean as I'd expect. Under the bed looked like it had never been cleaned, there was someone's HRT medicine, a toilet roll and a thick layer of dust. I did kindly ask that it was cleaned, but it wasn't unfortunately. I only noticed as I dropped something under the bed and had to fish around in the dust to retrieve it.

Perfect location in a beautiful street and very close to the main city centre, but still relatively peaceful and quiet. Staff was very friendly and took care of a package that was delivered to the hotel before my arrival. The room was beautiful and the bathroom very luxurious. There was a snack pantry where we could grab something to eat
Our room was part of a suite, so two bedrooms sharing and entryway. Therefor, our door was immediately next to another hotel guest’s door. That made for some noice from the other guests entering and exiting their room, as well as an awkward encounter.

This was our second visit to No 15 and it won’t be the last. The property is charming, quirky, and manages to feel like a big treat and a home-from-home at once. We loved our warm welcome from Ola and the front of house team, the delicious cocktails in the cosy downstairs bar, our giant bath, the “pantry” of sweets and ice cream, and our extremely comfortable bed (Hypnos mattresses are always a win). Breakfast was also a big win - so much choice, super service, and everything was so tasty. It really is a special place to stay.
We found it a bit tricky to get the tv working in our room, so ended up Chromecasting from our room. It wasn’t a big issue to be honest, and it may well have been easy to fix if we’d bothered to pop down to reception to ask :)

During our recent getaway, my wife and I enjoyed an absolutely fantastic experience that exceeded our expectations. The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The location was ideal, situated just a short two-minute walk from the bustling city center, where we immersed ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere and marveled at the historic Roman baths. Every meal we had at the hotel was exceptional, showcasing a delightful variety of flavors that made dining there a true pleasure. The ambiance was inviting, allowing us to savor each dish while soaking in the surrounding beauty. Overall, our stay was nothing short of perfect, and we would return in a heartbeat to relive these wonderful moments!

Fantastic location, huge and very comfortable bed, luxury towels, good massage, record player in room with choice of discs and dolls house were fun/different, staff were super friendly, light lunch we had was delicious. Characterful Georgian house feel. Overall vibe is homely, fun, upmarket and eclectic with great service.
We were Room 22, which was cute but very small and right opposite the lift (possibly a ‘booking.com room’?). Window was drafty, no storage space to unpack. Protruding screws in the floors were a hazard for bare feet (I’m sure they fix that just odd it was like that). Overall not quite worth the high price point.

The location was superb - very central and within a 10 minute walk from the City Centre, but Pulteney Street was also quiet and tranquil. Cleanliness and comfort were exceptional and the staff at the reception were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel thoughtfully provided a pantry near each floor, with complimentary snacks for guests. It was a welcome provision for the comfort of guests.
The hotel is located in an old building and I initially had a few problems finding my way up and down stairs and corridors.
