We stayed at Mia Palace in Florence for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Nádia was incredibly friendly and always ready with valuable tips for our visit, which made our stay even better. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and in perfect condition. The location is excellent, with brand-new, high-quality bed linen and an outstanding breakfast each morning. For those concerned about parking, I used a private parking garage just an 8-minute walk from Mia Palace, but there’s also plenty of street parking available nearby. I highly recommend this place, and if I return to Florence, I already know where I’ll be staying!

The rooms are clean and cozy. All necessary hygiene items, tea, coffee, kettle, towels are available. There was hot water in the shower, which is important in the cold season. The breakfasts are very tasty, there is a coffee machine, tea, various jams, nutella, bread, toaster, croissants, various cheeses and meats, fruits. The staff is very kind and helpful! The view from the window is bliss! The check-in was easy and did not require interaction with the staff. We stopped by at night, and they sent me all the instructions in the chat. In general, many thanks to this place for its hospitality! We will definitely recommend it to our friends and recommend it to all readers.

What I most liked was the attention and caring, for sure. Mia Palace made me feel at home. The room was big, with an amazing comfortable bed, a huge wardrobe and a mini fridge. The bathroom was also really big, had towels, shampoo, soap and a hairdryer too. The heating was always on (i believe), making the room warm and cozy. We also had a beautiful view to the Rio Arno. The breakfast was amazing, there were coffee, juice, cornettos, lots of cakes and pastries options, bread, eggs, yogurt and fruits… full of options, and even though we couldn’t eat much (because of dietary restrictions), they had gluten-free options all prepared for me and my mom. I would and will recommend this place to anyone that wants to feel at home, it was really calm and the people were friendly. Nadia also recommended places to go and to eat. Perfect. Perfect.

It is a small B&B. The staff members are very lovely and helpful. They helped me find another room as my first one was noisy at night. The rooms are good size, breakfast has lots of options, rooms are cleaned regularly. B&B has a partnership with other hotel near the train station so I could store my bags there for a few hours, very convenient.

The pace is slightly outside of main touristic area, 20-30 walk to main attractions. But the walk is beautiful, along the river if you don't mind walking. One of the rooms (N6) goes onto the main road, was too noisy for me.

We loved everything about our stay at Mia Palace. We loved Nadia the most!! She is a true representation of Italian hospitality. Breakfast was fresh each day, the property is very clean, rooms were cleaned daily, the view was magnificent & the location just far enough from the tourist area to be able to enjoy the community, yet close enough to walk to the attractions & shops. Nadia & Mia B&B earned 10 stars from us! It’s about 12 mins drive to train station (20 min walk).

It is not fancy. It’s like a small apartment but has everything you need.

We booked here because it said there was parking..but there isn't so don't be fooled. We had to find a parking area and pay a daily fee..then get back to the hotel.

Clean. The lady who appeared to do everything was so lovely and helpful. She is an exceptional person who went out of her way to help anyone. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I’m gluten free and I was very happy. Just tell the staff when you arrive and they can try and cater for allergies. 38 degrees here today so the AC was appreciated. Haha Not fancy but if you just need a safe place to stay and are out a lot, this is recommended.

I was okay but if you can’t handle steep stairs, you may struggle. I did advertise free parking but it is street parking and I was a little nervous.

Mia Palace provided excellent communication with our booking, we knew exactly where to go and how to access the property. This made for a very easy check in. We were greeted at breakfast by the wonderful Nadia. Nothing too much trouble, not only was her breakfast fantastic, her recommendations for what to see and do were brilliant. Nadia is an absolute asset. We had the attic room and it was lovely, with a balcony and full of character. We relied on the a/c unit to keep us cool but it worked perfectly.

We were OK with the 3 flights of stairs with our luggage, but appreciate it wouldn't be suitable for everyone. We were also OK with the 15 min walk to the center, but appreciate being a bit closer would be more suitable for some.

You might think you want to stay right in Florence proper but it's much better to stay on the south Arno and wake up to a lovely view of Florence every morning! The location is perfect and was a nice spot for our Group of seven to land in two rooms. The breakfast was more than expected each day and Nadia took good care of us with recommendations and marking up of the city tourist map - great places to see and eat and good deals. Highly recommend and would return!

Not the fault of the location but we don't recommend the bunk beds for adults!!

Since I went to Florence by car I had to find a place with parking spots around, as soon as I arrived I found a free parking spot just on the other side of the entrance where the staff advice people to park. The room was clean and spacious furnished with all the utilities like hairdryer, soap, shampoo, clean towels etc. Every morning they set up a beautiful breakfast, sweet and savory with eggs, ham, cheese and tomatoes. Toast, jam, Nutella, cornflakes, yoghurt, cakes and all the hot drinks and juice. I very much enjoyed this stay cause it’s just 10/15 mins from the old part of the city and it’s good value. The staff were lovely, all of them. They were all kind, especially one (I don’t remember her name) with curly hair who made me warm croissant and coffee and then gave me great tips to enjoy the city even more. Thank you to all of you!

It’s not regarding the property per se. However, if you’re a solo traveler mind that at night you should pay more attention when going back to the hotel.
