Great Stay – Warm, Clean, and Perfectly Located We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation in Lille. The place was warm, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it a great choice for a short or long stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, there were plenty of local restaurants nearby, offering a great variety of food options. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Lille. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed there for 5 nights and couldn't praise it enough. The facilities and cleanliness was wonderful! The dining room, bedroom and washroom were super good. The host -Marine -was very helpful. Wifi worked very well. I liked it so much that i booked it for another day. However, on the last day of my stay at Lille, since there was no availability and i did not book it before, i had to stay elsewhere. Next time when i come here, i am going to book it, surely.

Fantastic location-quiet but central. Walking distance from best patisserie in town , central square , carrefour express . Superbly comfortable, 5* hotel quality beds with crisp white cotton sheets . Classy decor, with brilliant thick felt curtain that blocked noise and light. Amazing intuitive properly modern spacious shower with nice soap Practical kitchen with tea coffee olive oil & cleaning materials

Needing a key to operate the lift , though secure , was disconcerting.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortably furnished, air conditioned and in a good location.

This is just a minor matter- two of us stayed 3 nights (ie 4 days) but we were only provided with 4 nespresso coffee pods. So, one cup a day for just one person? We didn’t raise this as it was too minor to make a fuss about.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, just round the corner from the interesting shops and cafes of the old town. Communication regarding the key collection and entry time were responded to very quickly and courteously. The apartment was clean, comfortable and warm. The sofa bed in the lounger allowed us to have our own rooms and was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Good sized apartment, close to a lot of restaurants and shops. A short walk to the main square. Pretty modern and clean throughout. Recommended for a family or couple who would like more space than a standard hotel room at an excellent price.

Elderly people were checking in and the instructions were a slight challenge but should be fine for the savvy traveller! Kettle was also very dirty and limescaled, perhaps hot water is not a priority in a coffee drinking country! But these are minor issues in an excellent stay.

Great location for the yearly Lille Markets. Excellent eateries close by too.

With a family coming and going - sometimes not together - we only had one key. But also - the morning we left - my husband left to get a coffee and couldn’t get back in with the key. We had to go down to let him in. We worried about if we had all left together if we could of got back in that morning or would we have been stuck outside. It might of been something from the night before / restaurant next door closing up who changed something - but just a note for you to know for next time. 😌

The location was perfect, only a few minutes from the grand place and in the old part of town. The beds were every comfy and the room was lovely and dark at night with thick curtains and quiet too. We had a problem with the shower and the hosts were very attentive, responding quickly and the very kind owner was there within 20 minutes to come and fix it. The suite felt safe and the public areas were nice too.

There was a bit of a fusty smell in the room and I think it could do with a really good deep clean. There was mould in the shower area for example and around the screen and I thought it looked as though the floors and wooden areas could do with a steam clean. The toilet seat was loose and the lamps were a little dusty. I get the impression they do not have much time between change overs and perhaps do what they need to do to turn it around. It was fine, perfect for a few nights, those little bits just niggled me a bit.

Location was great, the apartment was nice and comfortable. Nice bathroom.

We switched the AC and it started to smell really bad. After we switched the thermostat to heating it was ok. Being winter it was what we wanted anyway. It’s difficult if coming by car to find a spot to stop and unload, but there is an underground parking not too far.

The location is perfect to explore the very picturesque historic centre of Lille with delicious restaurants, bars and bakeries nearby. But is still extremely calm and the bedroom is at the rear of the building. The apartment is spacious and ingenious with clean, contemporary decoration. Great alternative to a hotel. Secure underground carpark 2 minutes walk away.

The shower was a little complicated to use with buttons to press instead of taps to turn. We would have liked to have a little vacuum cleaner and special request - eggcups!
