I think this is the best location to visit Istanbul. Everywhere is so close and you can also use tram/water-tram/metro. Outside the hotel there is Atm and Instanbul-card machine. Hotel receptcionists are very kind and helpful. They organized fantastic trip to Bursa for me. You can make loundry in the hotel.

Hotel is located in the historical center of the city. The staff was very polite and helpful.

We enjoyed our 9 day stay at the Royal Bosphorus. The staff were professional and kind, they advised as how to use the tram and ferry services in the city. We had breakfast with our package, there was a range of foods available and healthy options. The room was a reasonable size for the price. There was good air-conditioning. There is a lift to all floors but will not be big enough for a wheelchair. The cleaners did their best to clean but we would have appreciated more toilet rolls, we had to use 1 between 3 people and mopping daily with a clean mop. We were provided with water, tea and sugar daily which was amazing but you can also buy water bottles from the down the street. They also provided with shampoo and soap. Hotel helped with taking our baggage to the room when we arrived and on our return, they also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport at a reasonable price. We asked for a larger taxi as we had more luggage. The spa service is amazing, it was jn the basement, you have to use stairs. We were served by Sara, Hatice and another lady, who gave a wonderful massage, sauna, steam room service, tea, coffee and Turkish Hammam. They gave us a discount for being the hotels customers. We will visit again if we come back to Istanbul. Overall I would recommend Royal Bosphorus.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Bosphorus Hotel & SPA Hamam, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location was perfect, the price was very reasonable, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. But what truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Lutfullah. He was extremely helpful, kind, and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Royal Bosphorus Hotel & SPA Hamam to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Istanbul. The front of house managers and front of house assistants were amazing. The breakfast offered a nice variety over the 4 days we spent there. House keeping issues were also quickly resolved.

It’s not the establishments fault but the corridors can be noisy and the lift traveling between the floors. Hotel guests need exercise “consideration” for other guests on the floors. Perhaps signage could be put in the hallways to be “quiet” or be as quiet as possible when arriving to their rooms after 22h00.

Prime location near to the old city centre, the Egypt Bazaar/Spice market, public transport, cafes, restaurants. In spite of that my room was very quiet. It was on the small side but one doesn’t come to that area to stay inside. All necessary amenities Good WiFi Good value for what I paid

The only thing that I was not very fond of was breakfast in the lobby of the hotel. People walking by and a group of loud Spanish tourists. But it’s more of a personal preference, not liking big groups that are usually noisy. Apart from that breakfast was fine

Perfect stay, great location they hotel is very close to all the main attraction ayasofia, topkapi palace, spice market... My parents' room was very small when we check in but they agreed to change it after 2 days. The receptionists Serkant and Seyfullah were very helpful in changing the room as soon as it was available and they also helped us to book the bursa tour and the taxi to the airport. A big thank you to everyone including ahmet and the housekeeping staff for their great work. Would definitely recommend the hotel

Location is good in center. Staff willing to help you in every possible way. Just few steps away from metro station. Simple breakfast but good enough. I requested a room change and the staff didn’t even thought twice and just changed my room as soon it was available. Very hospitable staff.

Noise can be a issue but it’s not the hotel or staff mistake. Some guests just don’t think that there are other guests in their rooms, they just keep on banging the doors and talk loudly in corridors. On my last night people in the room opposite to mine were so loud that it seemed to me like if they were sitting in my room, they were very loud and kept on going and coming back. That’s only what I saw negative but again that’s not hotel or staff’s mistake.

The welcome from Lutfullah was excellent! His colleague Ahmad also provided great support whenever something didn’t work or needed to be fixed. :) For a short stay near the Bosphorus, I would recommend this place because it’s close to a tramway ✔ Near all the attractions ✔ And if you want to buy small gifts, you can do so around the hotel! The staff, like Ahmad and Lutfullah, can also assist you with where to buy what. :)

Location Comfort, despite both rooms being small, they have windows. Clean and working toilet and shower A/C unit works well. Smooth check in and check out process Very close to tram station

The breakfast food is the same everyday throughout the 7 days we stayed there. The spread might benefit from some varieties day to day.
