Receptionist was so friendly and helpful (Gloria) Standard room but it was really big. Shower and bed very nice. Amazing location, literally right on the lake, ferry 5 min walk and smack bang in the middle of the restaurants/cafes etc

Nothing we liked everything

We absolutely loved our stay! I visited with my two boys, we drove from England. Bit of a panic when the last 30 minutes of our journey was by ferry but the ferry drops you off right outside the hotel. We had a lake view room and got to watch the boats from our window. Pool was wonderful! Amazing hotel bar over the road but lets you bring drinks to the pool. The staff, fantastic! Couldn’t do enough to recommend places to park for free and accommodate us generally, even ran out of the hotel with a very important suitcase my sons left in the lobby when checking out. Could go on all day. Loved it. Thank you all!

Modernised beautiful old grand hotel with large rooms with very large beds. Bath and shower in our room. You could control the air conditioning and windows could be opened. Terrace overlooking the lake and also a small pool. Bar and lake front restaurant available. Basic buffet breakfast. Perfect location next to the ferry stop with the lake boat service only two minutes away.

Walls were thin so we could hear the TV from the next room. Rooms were large and beautiful but basic. No fridge, mini bar or drinks making facilities in our room.

The staff, and location were excellent, the architecture of the hotel was beautiful, the hotel was spotlessly clean. Rooms were large and airy, parquet floors beautifully clean. The breakfast was good, great selection for a 3 star hotel. The location couldn’t be bettered, right on the front, close to the ferry terminal. The restaurant, which is across the road serves authentic Italian cuisine. I had the lasagna which was as close to tasting like my mothers (she’s Italian and makes the best lasagna) as I’ve tasted anywhere.

Matching hangers in the closet since the mismatch makes a bad first impression—small coffee maker and welcome bottle of water would be appreciated and is now pretty standard. Better soap. Otherwise pretty perfect..!

Location right by the ferry no steps to the lobby and a lift. Our room on the 4th floor was a very inexpensive upgrade to lakefront and to our surprise had a nice little balcony (2 seats) that let us enjoy a great view of the lake at sunset. The staff were very nice and did not laugh when we forgot our room number after a few glasses of wine the first night. Nice breakfast every morning. Bellagio is great town and a wonderful place to use the ferry system to explore the lake towns. The hotel has a pool and garden in back a nice lobby to relax in and use the free internet. They also have a very nice informal cocktail bar appartivio restaurant across the street and a fine dinning restraint at lake level both associated with the hotel. They were as nice as anything else you will find in town and only steps away.A nice welcoming hotel in a beautiful town .

Really nothing bad to say

Very good and spacious room with enjoyable bathroom. Great view at the lake. I was positively surprised and enjoyed my stay. Especially loved the full hotel breakfast and not just coffee. If I come back to Lake Como, will enjoy staying at this hotel again.

Would have loved if TV had Netflix or YouTube option since ordinary channels are 99% in Italian.

Location fantastic, staff friendly, room very comfy with air con. Lakeside view with balcony excellent. Having a pool great!

They hide the air con remote so you can’t adjust. Room is very basic and needs some bellagio related pictures putting up at least. Given the room rate the lady downstairs sells prints four for fourth euros! No pool bar or bar in the hotel. Also the floor in the room was dusty, dust the floors.

The location is perfect - just a couple of minutes to both ferry terminals of Bellagio. The room was spacious. The views from the window were breath-taking. The staff were friendly. Cleanliness was to a very high standard both in the lobby, stairs etc as well as in the room.

The breakfast can do with better options. Wi-fi was a bit up and down. The rooms didn't have a kettle to make tea which is a standard for most hotels

The location, water front in the middle of Bellagio. View of the lake from our room was superb. The front desk staff were very hospitable and helpful.

The hotel is quite old and, although well-kept, the floors are bare wood and very noisy (we heard every footstep of our upstairs neighbors.). The continental breakfast was quite simple with few options. Also, the light in the bathroom was very dim. We asked for a replacement but it never arrived.
