The place was clean and we appreciated how nice Ron was. He gave us indications and we found the location quite easily; he explained to us how everything worked - the keys, about the breakfast, etc.

Unfortunately you cannot rely on the breakfast they provide. Even though Ron explained to us what was ours and what we can eat in the morning (as I suppose he does with everyone), the german lady that was sitting there ate everything, including our portion. This is not a comment against the owner, but more for the other people, if you want to eat, dont eat other peoples food.

Very friendly staff. Great location near the train station. Very nice room. We had good roommates, so it was quiet at night. Despite being close to the train station, it's very peaceful, and the windows are soundproofed. As someone who needs to sleep in absolute quiet without any disruptive elements, I slept well. The apartment was nicely cleaned. Huge plus for all travelers, the option to store backpacks and luggage before departure. We picked up everything before our flight and went straight to the airport, which made things much easier for us.

The downside for us was the breakfast. We definitely wouldn't see it as a breakfast included in the price but rather as a nice bonus. We woke up as the last ones. There are 4 spots in the kitchen, which means that 2 rooms had already had breakfast, and my partner and I were the last ones. Therefore, there was nothing prepared, and most importantly, everything was eaten. The breakfast was very modest; we had to buy some things ourselves the night before. Another small downside is the fact that the apartment is on the other side of the center, so you have to either walk back through the station or go to the bridge and cross it to get to the center. However, nothing that would be a problem for us.

This is a little gem of a find. It is clear to see the owner has taken a lot of time to ensure the needs of guests are met. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. Ensuite bathroom was lovely. A complimentary bottle of wine and snacks were a nice surprise. Full access to the kitchen which was well stocked with tea/coffee, orange juice, milk. Cereals, bread, cheese and ham for toasties. Yogurts. The house keeper Ron, was exceptional. He greeted us on arrival, he gave helpful advice for the local area/directions. He couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Although next to the tracks of the station nothing to hear from the trains. Air condition very silent.. Room space big enough for suitcases, open cabinet available. Secure place, also for the car. Community kitchen with a community case and a private case in the refrigerator. Self service breakfast - everything available.

You have to be precise with your arrival time, that the host will be available on the spot (he needs 25 min to come by bike to the flat). Cable of the hair dryer not covered.

- Secure parking - Communal fridge and access to a kitchen - Breakfast provided - HUGE, comfy bed - Daily replenished water - Wine and snacks in room upon arrival - Air con (MUCH needed!) - Fab communication with staff and Ron was wonderfully helpful in making sure we got into the parking successfully - Daily cleans and new towels (if we wanted them)

- We are hikers (having just come from the Alps!) but it is a good 30-40 minutes to Piazza Maggiore.

Close to train station, but the B&B has a strange location between train tracks and commercial area. After passing the front gate you have to walk quiet a bit to the brick house. Everything is clean, the whole apartement which is used as a B&B is new or renewed. Good spot for a layover when you are a train traveller.

The breakfast is simple and uncharitable. No extra room, more of a small kitchen in the corridor. A sign to the right door of the house would be helpful. Keep the windows closed due to the train traffic in the morning.

- Main entrance of the house is old and it does not look good but the room and facilities are ok. - They charged me city tax for a children with less than 4 years old. I understood they are extent of it.

Ron is an excellent host! He showed and told us everything. He cleaned the room when we were out in the city. Quiet and comfortable place. Super air-conditioner, free parking place next to the house in the yard, breakfast in the shared kitchen and refrigerator. The house from outside is little bit crashed, but inside is wonderfull! Near to the train station.

It was near the station which was good as I arrived by train. The place is immaculate and Ron went out of his way to make sure everything was in order. He even tried to help me with my phone with which I couldn't get internet when out and about. There was Wi-Fi here which worked perfectly.

I was really good and well to stay in this hotel, even they provide snacks, water and all the needful things. Too neat and tidy, even Ron the one who helped in checking in and all.. Thankyou so much

The hotel is not too visible, it would be nice if a visible board is kept near the road side for easy access.
