this is mine and my boyfriends 3rd stay in the hotel and we love it every time , but this time we stayed for 3 nights, we also got a complimentary package due to a fault with one of our previous stays, however when i rang up to add the package on the staff didn’t not answer multiple times which i then emailed and it got sorted, the room was very big but very dark also, think the blue leds weren’t as bright as they can be but we just kept the shower light on for abit more light, shower was massive but toilet room not so big but had everything u needed, bed was very comfy but we had to keep repositioning our pillows as there is a ledge behind the bed that u can put your phone,drinks in etc and we kept banging our heads on the edge, the rooms do get very warm and the fans they supply don’t work that well and are very weak at producing cold air and u can only feel it if your within 20cm ish of the fan otherwise it’s useless, hotel staff go above and beyond, we asked if we could change the dates to the drink vouchers and billy was very helpful and changed them straight away for us, I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ESPECIALLY IF YOUR PLANNING ON GOING ON A NIGHT OUT AS ITS IN THE CLUBBING AREA

there was a lot of noise from people walking around the corridors and going up stairs and at one point someone did try to push our door handle down and try come in but luckily it was locked on the inside we also had heard noises as if ppl where falling over and bumping into the wall as it gave a large vibration and noise and even made the bed shake

Good value for money and very comfortable rooms perfect for couples

we have stayed in this hotel before and had to do a last minute booking last nighti liked how many rooms where still available at 10:30pm as my last trains back to liverpool got cancelled from leeds so me and my boyfriend thought we would see if the hotel had any rooms left for the night, we payed 50 pound for 2 people for a night which was very good especially for how central the hotel is to the city centre and train station, we arrived and ethan was very helpful with booking us in and was a great person to have small talk with, also gave us advice on a problem we had with our last stay which he was very helpful telling us what to do, the room was very clean and the bathroom smelt so good and fresh,

the room was very dark due to the black walls and red led lights but there are numerous normal light features if needed, the room was fairly small but was more than enough for a night, the bathroom door is very narrow and bathroom was a very tight space

the room was amazing we had a romance package too so flower petals and free drink vouchers where scattered over the room. the room was very clean and the balcony was a good size, bathroom a little small but clean the staff where very helpful as our tv was broke but they gave us a slight refund,

the room had 2 floors so the bathroom was downstairs and you had to go up and down metal steps which were abit steep and luckily we wasnt black out drunk otherwise we would definitely have fell, tv was broke so we had nothing to do before and after we went out drinking, but this was subsided by a slight refund so that makes up for it

The room was lovely! I loved that the room had emergency items for purchase like a phone charger and tampons - thoughtful. Very quirky theme and had a lovely little balcony. Love that the hotel is lively even on a Monday. The staff in general were lovely and helpful.

The room was on the top floor and this wasn't indicated on the booking. I selected the room as it didn't state high floor, while other did - it was the highest room. I walk with a cane and was not offered assistance at check in to carry my bag to the room - I "could" manage with difficulty but assistance would have been nice. Fortunately I met staff on the way up (unsure of who it was) and the young lady was really nice and carried my case. No glass in the bathroom to have a glass of water/rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the person who helped us get into the hotel and checked us in was lovely, funny and incredibly helpful when our code didn't work 🤣 The room was very spacious and the hotel clearly thought about its customers the hotel is close to everywhere we wanted to be.

Location was only a probably because of the Stone Roses bar, the noise kept us awake but that's not the hotels fault, and as mentioned before the hotel was brilliant for where we wanted to be. Room could have been a bit cleaner, we found some flower petals and feathers near the bed, someone had clearly enjoyed themselves 😄 overall, nothing that would put us off staying again. I think it would be interesting to see what a room facing the other way would be like so we didn't have as much noise.

I liked the hotel; the check-in process was streamlined,. The staff member on check-in was really friendly. The room was very nice—stylish with attention to detail, similar to an upmarket Axel or Malmaison. I appreciated the different pillow firmness options already on the bed. Room was large and had lots of character

The signage to the room, while stylish, was a bit dim and hard to follow. Rather than put in lights, i'd suggest a short debrief on checkin about where to fin your room. The bar downstairs was quite noisy—on a Tuesday night it went quiet around 1am, which might bother light sleepers. The room was clean where it mattered (bed, shower, sink), but dusty around the edges -suggesting it could use a periodic deep clean. overall a good stay and will come back

I stayed in the sister act room and it did not disappoint, amazing idea and well set out. It’s a small room but I was solo so didn’t matter to me. The bathroom was squeaky clean and the little torches in the room, option to have a drink/ snack or wine etc. great idea. Good location if you’ve been out for the night and can hit the deck and sleep through. They do provide ear plugs which is needed due to the bars playing loud music until early hours. Definitely worth reading reviews before booking. I would stay here again though. The bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately, I was charged for a water I did not have in the room. They have two drinks / two snack options but I noticed there was only one bottle of water, did not think much to it but when I got my deposit back from the room I was charged for the bottle of water when there was only one in there when I arrived. I am assuming that’s what they deducted £1.5 or something I think so nothing major. But I think it needs to be a better way of tracking that as there is no way to prove otherwise 😅. An option of a fan in the room maybe so the windows could be closed in warmer weather to reduce noise could be an option too?

Nice quirky room,loved the decor, no problem about noise as it is situated next to the nightclubs down briggate, and we were out till 3am, really cool bathroom facing the bed..great for couples

There's a few items in the room that are to be paid for extra yet as there is no kettle or tea coffee items in the room we assumed the plastic bottles of water were free. No we eventually found a menu that was hidden behind a vase,and found the extras prices..£2 for a bag of crisps, £2 for water. Glad we didn't open the cheap bottle of fizz that was in ice water on the windowsill as would of been an extra £12. Would be better to have a mini fridge instead of random things dotted around the room so you know what is to be paid for. Even though the room stated that wine/fizz was included.. was my only 2 downsides..this and the £50 deposit aswell when you enter the hotel,they don't take cash & I have no idea when we will receive the deposit back

Staff were so kind, polite and natural, not robotic. Rooms were decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Industrial and modern feel yet still felt comfortable and inviting. Bed and shower were really nice, bed especially comfortable. Issue with first room was dealt with immediately and quickly. Location is great, everything I need within a w minute walk.

Blayd house would have benefited from somewhere to hang towels, a coat rack or coat hooks and bedroom on 1st floor could do with somewhere else to store clothes as dresser not big enough. Kitchenette needed handsoap. But if these are the only things I can fault then I think it's safe to say I'm clutching at straws!
