All good. Very friendly hostess. Spacious room for all our motorcycle gear. Warm shower appreciated. Good night's sleep in a comfy bed. Parking no problem. A pleasant stroll into town for an evening meal.

I asked for poached eggs on brown toast with no butter for breakfast. Unfortunately I suffer from acid reflux so cannot eat certain spices. The eggs came covered with pepper and some herb mix. They were also brought out as soon as we sat down at 8.30am, the time we said we'd like breakfast in the morning. Maybe worthwhile checking with guests prior to seasoning cooked items that they're not allergic to these items. Also leave time for guests to have some cereal, yoghurt, prior to cooked items, as this was also ordered the previous evening with the hostess. Shame really that the breakfast spoilt what was an otherwise pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Skyline Guesthouse. The location is very convenient, easy to reach by car with private parking available. There are three beaches nearby to choose from, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the town centre with lots of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms are compact but have everything you could want: fridge, two TVs, fans, kettle, clean bedding, comfortable mattresses, hot water, and fresh towels. Breakfast was delicious. You simply choose what you’d like the night before from the menu. As a family from Ukraine, we ordered the English breakfast and were really pleased. The service was lovely, and the food was tasty and filling.

Honestly, everything met or exceeded our expectations. The room was compact, but very well arranged, so it wasn’t a problem at all.

Agnes & Ghani were fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was top class. The room had a fridge and tea & coffee making facilities and was very comfortable. The guesthouse is within walking distance of beaches, pubs, restaurants and shops but is also a good base for those wishing to travel to places by car. The onsite parking is a nice bonus.

There was nothing to dislike. Being 6'4" if I was to book again I would book one of the larger rooms.

Everything was perfect. Super clean room. Agnes and her husband super friendly, very very helpful, and always go above and beyond to help. Breakfast was fantastic. Very good location. Easy to walk to the centre or to the beaches. Free car park. Extra bonus that fresh water and milk in the fridge in the hall, also coffee machine and you can use any time. I never see the same before anywhere . I wish to find Skyline Guesthouse earlier in the past. 100% recommend. We will come back soon. Xx

We loved the location which is walking distance to several stunning beaches - our favourites were Lusty Glaze and Tolcarne. The hosts were welcoming and accomodating and cooked a lovely breakfast each morning. They were so friendly and helpful, and even allowed my son to borrow a body board which was the highlight of his week. Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed and more. It was great to have a parking space right outside which meant we could walk to the beach and into town without the hassle of finding and paying for parking. Overall a really perfect stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything was perfect, from the check in to the check out. We met Agnes when checking in and we felt like we were meeting an old friend. Very relaxed and easy going and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and freshly cooked for when we arrived at the breakfast table. Greeted by Agnus as we arrived. We then met Ghani while finishing breakfast who also was lovely and friendly. Agnus and Ghani just have a way about them that makes everyone feel at ease and welcome. Nothing too much for them. Fridges in room. Fresh milk on tap, in fridge in reception area if more is needed and a special coffee machine. Tea and coffee and kettle also in your room. They have thought of everything for your comfort.

From the moment we booked this guesthouse the communication was excellent. The hosts did their best to ensure we made the most of the time we had & were incredibly accommodating. We had the warmest welcome from Agnes on arrival, she couldn’t have been more helpful. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, we had tea and coffee facilities, everything you could ask for. The cooked breakfast was delicious, high praise from my teenage sons who said the scrambled eggs were perfect. That is high praise indeed. This guesthouse is within easy walking distance to the local beaches, and a 15 minute walk into Newquay. We’ve had the best trip - Agnes and her husband played a big part in its success.

Brilliant stay :) We have just returned from a 3night stay here, and I can happily say we would definitely return. Agnes and Ghani were very welcoming,bubbly and very attentive. Nothing was too much of a ask, whenever we requested anything it was no trouble at all. Agnes was available all the time, and gave us some good recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were high standard and clean , the bed was so comfy and we slept well. The location was great and for the price we paid I think it was definitely worth every penny. The breakfast was delicious,high quality produce and great service. .  Hope to return in the near future.... :)

The only downfall was the parking as it had tight spaces to get in and out (with a full car park). There is  free street parking available around the corner, which we used a couple of times and found that was useful...but this didn't ruin the experience. Bathroom was a little snug,and the sink was very small but for the space they had to work with,they have done a great job and had everything we needed.

Everything! The b&b was lovely, our room was perfect, had all the amenities, the bed was out of this world comfy! Location was good, the lovely beaches of tolcarne and lusty glaze are 15 and 10 min walk respectively, Newquay town no more than 30 min walk. On site parking 👌 breakfast was delicious. But above all, our hosts, Agnes and Ghani, make this trip. I’d seen them mentioned in other reviews, and I see why now. They are the best! Amazing hosts. So fun and funny, super attentive, nothings too much trouble, very interesting people, easy to talk to, they’re great. Agnes even rang ahead at the surf school for us to check we could get a lesson. They know all the best places to go, just perfect hosts and people. Thank you so much guys, we can’t wait to visit again and catch up!

Nothing to not like

The warm welcome, friendliness and hospitality of the owners. Good choice of breakfast items, fresh ingredients. Facility's in room for tea and coffee and fridge to use. Cleanliness of the rooms and good location of the property, close to town centre and other places to visit. Close to beaches, just a few minutes walk away. Also, very helpful on giving advice on where to go to eat and best places to see.
