I liked how accomodating the staff was from the get-go. The location is perfect because it's close to the main station and the first beautiful landmark is 3 minutes away; public transport spots are also very close. The room had everything one might need, and it's quite clean. Bonus points for aesthetics of the hotel!

The only big thing I didn't like is that breakfast ends too early (earlier than most hotels I've visited). The restaurant for lunch and dinner is nice, and the only complaint I had, which may be odd, is that they play ~really~ sad songs. As for the rooms, shower curtains have two layers which makes them heavy, and this is not pleasant when the curtain "sticks" to you, which it does. While I didn't like these things, these are just minor details and suggestions for improvement.

The location was great, the restaurant was very good and some of the staff was very helpful

I had paid extra for a room upgrade Which includes a double bed instead I got a double bed with two single quilts when I queried this they said this is all they had, Which made sleeping for a couple almost impossible, no tea and coffee maker, no cookies and chocolate like was promised in the booking

I can not explain how satisfied we are! The hotel Opera is amazing, starting with the price, polite and helpful stuff, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast served in room, well equipped with everything, location is excellent, parkplace has the lowest price in Prague, they are cleaning rooms everyday, bringing clean towels, the view was great, train station is just 10 meters away, shops, everything that you need. Although dated the hotel was very grand We liked the fact it was not in the centre of the hustle and bustle yet only 15 minutes walk into the old square The hotel was nice and warm, we were worried that our triple room would be too small, it was huge. Beds very comfortable, bedding and towels good quality and spotlessly clean. So much more of an experience than a modern hotel.

We would consider going again in summer season, as we felt we were the only guests it was so quiet. In our 3 day stay we only saw 2 other families / guests. We were the only ones in the bar, and had to find staff to serve us each time. This was probably just because of the time of year.

Excellent things at the hotel: Bathtub was very good; room was actually a suite with a separate sitting room; water pressure in the shower was outstanding and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast options typical European fare but very adequate - the coffee was outstanding.

Upon arrival - the room was not cool, in fact, quite toasty. The A/C had not been turned on. This was remedied quickly by a visit to the front desk, The evenings in Prague are cool so I opened a window to speed the cool-down. Secondly, the room had a very slight musty odor upon entry but was not very noticeable after a moment or two.

Good breakfast. Some staff were nice, some just did not care about. It says it's a 4 star hotel, but not on an European standard: 2 or 3 starts would fit, not 4 stars at all Small rooms, breakfast did not have the variety for a 4 start hotel, If you're having breakfast after 9AM, there's so much variety, as they did not replace some items, so try to be fast to have breakfast until 8:30 AM

Hotel staff found a way to check us very early in the morning even when we just arrived to drop off our luggage at the front desk. The location is almost in the centre so you can walk everywhere. 15 minutes walk from main train station.

Breakfast is maybe the only thing that can be improved as the drinks and "juices" were really sugary and there was not many fruits and vegetables to choose from. It is basically a typical hotel breakfast on budget.

Place was decorated like it were a palace long ago, I felt I was staying with someone from the loyalty. The personnel was very gentle and everything was adorable. Location was perfect, everything could be done by walking! Towels were changed everyday, and it has a little fridge always with cold water.

The bed was a little bit noisy, but still very comfortable (maybe the pillow could be a little more hard, but it was perfect after a long walk throughout the old city). Bathroom was excellent, just a little bit complicated because the shower was not installed higher, but it was not a problem taking a bath.

Very good position close to the center and main attractions, tidiness of all areas, superb breakfast, receptions staff was kind and always available

There was the bath tube and not the shower in the room, fridge inside the room made too much noise at night, no complimentary water bottles available (only payable ones), pillows not so comfortable

Location and staff are great, breakfast is very decent and there are enough parking places in the neighborhood close to the hotel.

You can't pay for parking by credit card at the reception and I paid 40€ for 2 days in cash, which turned out to be only 32€ when I was checking out.
