Best location. You can walk every nice destination and restaurant. Bologna Central train station is walking distance. There is no reception but there is an office. Personel is very helpful and kind. They help in everything and you can ask anything. They immediately write in whatsapp. The room is very well designed and very cosy. The bathroom is very good. But we would like to have a small refrigerator. There is no refrigerator. And a small trash box would be nice. Thanks to Design Club Collection for providing such a pleasant stay in beautiful city Bologna. Come here and feel like home. 🙌👍

Excellent location with elevator and on-site customer service they were there mostly till 8PM. Online responses were delayed and sometimes I had to ask twice. We had a few minor issues preventing our stay from being completely smooth however it was addressed. They were a great help booking a taxi and we appreciated the laundry facilities.

We stayed for 6 nights, received message after 3 nights housekeeping would come but they did not and we had to ask again! Our AC didn't work initially w/fuse box being shut off for some reason, as it was late, we waited till the next day to ask and it was addressed immediately. The bathroom toilet setup was in a very tight space. I wish the laundry would have English directions as dryer took much longer than I was used to and another guest asked me how to use it at 10PM.

Design Club Collection apartments are located in a completely renovated old building in the center of Bologna. The location is perfect, you can walk easily to all the main sights and the area is very save. The contact prior to our arrival by WhatsApp was very fast and helpful, thank you Manuela for your excellent service! You will receive an entrance code for the main entrance and your apartment one day before your arrival. We arrived by car and parked in the private garage suggested, which is just around the corner. They will take care of the paperwork for being allowed to drive in the restricted area, don't throw this paper away, a friend told me he was sent a fine after he left Bologna, so you will need proof you had a permission! You will need to leave your car keys in the garage but this is completely normal in a private garage in Italy, don't worry, all's fine, your car and your keys will still be there when you pick it up... We stayed in apartment 28, a one bedroom, one bathroom and terrace with inner courtyard view on the second floor, reachable by elevator. It was spacious and comfortable, clean and brand new. Considering the location, price and everything else I can highly recommend this structure! By the way, Bologna is really special, we had a great time.

Nothing at all, everything was perfect!

The manager is very kind, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. We requested for a room with more light and thankfully the manager graciously transferred us to a very comfortable and quiet space which we appreciated a lot. There is a lift and the rooms are very modern, clean, and spacious. It’s a great option for a 4 night stay in Bologna.

At first we were assigned to a room which had really poor ventilation, was dark, with a lot of mosquitos. We could hear the sounds from another room. We could also hear every time they used the toilet and shower. Thankfully after one night we were transferred. The WiFi is also tricky, it requires an email log-in with numerical PIN code every few minutes, especially if you’re not actively using it.

The studio was very clean and the location was perfect. There are many places to eat just a short away. The downtown historic area is about 10 min walk. There is a garage just a block away. The studio was clean and there was a 1 liter bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge, which was a super nice gesture. Our communication with the hosts was excellent. We asked the hosts ahead of time to make the pull out couch for us because we arrived late and it was done, so we went to bed right away.

There are two things I would mention that did not meet our expectations of such a nice property: 1. There are no hooks anywhere in the studio - there were no hooks to hang our jackets in the hallway so we had to put our jackets on the floor, because we were using the pull out couch as a bed. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels so we hung them on the heater but because the heating was not on, the towels couldn't dry. 2. The photos of the studio were a bit misleading. We expected a different layout and didn't realize that once the pull out couch is open, there is literally no space to walk around it so the kitchen is fully turned into a bedroom. Which is fine if you don't plan to spend any time in the studio.

Good location-close to the main square and lots of restaurant and bars., Spacious appartment, very clean. The host was ready to help, we could leave our luggage in their office after the check out.

It was very warm during the night and when we opened our windows, the heating system turned right on (even though we turned it off). We were up every now and then because of the warmth.. We prefer a shower and in our appartment was only a bathing tub with complicated shower system (warm-cold water). After showering the whole bathroomfloor was wet. Check out until 10h- a little bit too early..(just a personal prefference).

Not first time in Bologna but we found this place best to stay. We 've been to two apartments during our stay and both were nice while first one was perfect. It was spacious, with two bathrooms, twow tables, equipped kitchen. Location is very close to very center while you can park your car either nearby at paid parrking or garage or find free parking about 15 mins walking away. Hosts are very friendly and assist you with evrything. Best place I've stayed in Bologna during 6 visits

Nothing. Probably soundproof is not perfect but this hasn't affected our staying at all.

Lovely apartment, very central and easy to get to. Checking in was easy, code was sent the day before, we could also leave our bags for a few hours after checking out. We didn't see the staff apart from checking out, but on the brief encounter we had they were very friendly!

Some drilling in the rooms next to us in the morning a couple of days, but I'm not sure if that was Design Club's fault. Water for the bath was cold on a couple of the mornings but might have been to do with the time of day as it worked fine other times and we weren't too bothered as the weather was so hot!

We were very kindly upgraded to a bigger apartment to accommodate my adult daughter which was great,it also came with an extra bathroom.Location is perfect,close to the main square and a 15 minute walk from the main train station,main bed was very comfortable,small kitchen but everything you'll need,nice bathroom,washing machine and dryer in the basement.Luigi was very helpful.

Our apartment was at the front of the building on the ground floor,it was quite dark and very noisy from the front door banging every time someone came in or out (not anyone's fault but a fact) also the general street noise and nearby club was quite apparent,I'm sure one of the higher apartments would be fine

Location of property was perfect for our stay. 15 minute walk to the train station and 10 minutes to the main square. Lots of cafes and a small supermarket nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive to any queries we had . The facilities of the apartment were comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Lovely bathrooms and it was quiet in the apartment we stayed in which was on the first floor.

Would have liked a kettle in our room for making tea. Overall this Accomodation suited our needs .
