As a family of four, this apartment was a great fit for us. We arrived in the evening and found the area to be very quiet and safe. Access was simple – we received the door code automatically after following the link in the message. We stayed in the top-floor apartment, which was easily reached by lift – very handy with luggage and tired kids! The apartment looks recently renovated, with fresh décor and modern fittings throughout. It had two bedrooms, both with large, fully-opening windows to let in the fresh air if it got too warm. Fans were also provided in each room, which was a nice touch. The beds were clean and comfortable – we all slept really well. The kitchen had a hob and microwave, which came in handy, especially with an Aldi just a 10-minute walk away. Wi-Fi was reliable and fast (around 20mb), which was great for checking plans and keeping the kids entertained. The apartment was clean, practical, and ideal for our needs. Nothing I can think of, we enjoyed our stay.

Was better than reviews suggested. We were provided with a fan per room, washing up liquid, sponge, shower gel/shampoo, conditioner and soap. Kitchen had frying pan, saucepan, colander , utensils, fridge with freezer compartment. Good location. Building work opposite was not very noisy and did not disturb us.

Very minor. One of the two tvs had poor aerial strength so did not pick up uk channels as the one in the bigger room did. Was pleasantly surprised to get bbc and itv in main bedroom. Generally very happy with our stay.

The apartment was great - clean, comfortable and with everything needed. The kitchenette is very small, but has all the necessaries and a great quality coffee machine. The location was what was particularly great - with the stop for trams to the centre, old town and lake very nearby, a superette and a wonderful covered market also very close by. Don't miss visiting the market. I also highly recommend the mexican restaurant, Don Weber, just a few minutes away, which has great food, excellent cocktails and is reasonably priced.

There was absolutely no parking near the apartment, despite what is noted in some of the other comments. There is only blue zone street parking. Consequently we had to park at the parking near the main train station which costs 45 CHF per 24 hours. Also, the lighting in the apartment is insufficient.

Our staying in Zurich was very pleasant: the studio was beautifully decorated, clean, had a comfy bed and was nicely equipped with everything one can need, had a balcony, kitchenette and good sized bathroom. The communication with the host was very good and check-in procedure was very smoothly. We enjoyed our staying here!

It can be pretty hot during the summer months, and although the studio had a ceiling fan, we found out that it's only for show - after looking a lot for a remote control or a button to turn it on :)) The host however sent a fan the next day, so we are good here. :)

The location of the apartment was ideal. It was easy to check in. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment block and surrounding area was quiet.

Some tea, coffee, milk, and sugar sachets would be helpful as we arrived late at night, and there is nothing in the kitchenette. We would also have found some usb points useful on a plug socket as we were unaware ( our own fault) that electric sockets in Switzerland are not the usual European and we couldn't charge our phones.

The apartment is spacious and clean, and right beside a tram stop. It is only a 15 min walk to Zurich Hauptbahnhof, and a 10 min walk from another train station. The city centre and Altstadt are approx 30 - 40 mins walk from the apartment, or reachable via the (expensive) tram. For the size and general quality of the apartment, it was very good value when we stayed in December. It also has good facilities such as a hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and a high quality coffee machine (although for short stays, the coffee machine is not practical as it requires ground beans).

The apartment tends to stay extremely warm, and we visited during winter. The ground floor apartments do not have frosted windows for some reason, and so the curtains must remain closed at all times for any privacy - although the curtains do not close fully. As mentioned in other reviews, the apartment is generally dark. The fridge and hob did not work on the first day. Only two pillows are supplied and they are not very comfortable.

I like the location, and it was easy to enter the apartment with the code. The WiFi was great and the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

There seemed to be a remote for the ceiling fan in my apartment, but it was missing. I tried to send messages to the apartment owner to help, but my messages went unanswered. It seemed that the lack of availability of any staff was troubling, imagine if there was something more serious going on.

No breakfast facility at this location , but I wasn't expecting any. Convenient little, well equipped kitchen area. Quiet street very close to public transpaort and a very nice indoor market area with food stalls and restaurant. Viadukt > Check it out

The entry code provided did not work at the main entrance but at the room, so everything had to be reset. You might want to check why. The cleaning products that you use, have a very - rather overpowering smell. Room needed quite a bit of airing to get rid of.

Modern, renovated apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Affordable compared to other accommodations in Zurich. Easy remote check-in. The apartment door opens with a code too so you don't have to worry about carrying the keys around.

Squeaky wooden floors - literally on every step. The floors were not soundproof either, so you could hear the steps from the apartment above. Also, the curtains did not cover the whole width of the window so the sun came in the morning.
