The property was very well maintained. It was very economical for a small suite. I had only one problem. I had to sleep on the sofa bed and they really need to update that it was uncomfortable but we still had so much fun. It didn’t matter, but I would imagine any sofa bed isn’t going to be extremely comfortable.they just need to update when they can.

Not much I didn’t like staff was great service was good. The elevator was out of service, but that’s nothing they can control and I got my steps in going up the stairs. For the money it was an extreme value and we had a great time.

Excellent stay. Probably one of the best hotel I have stayed.

They never mentioned a pet fee, and charged my card for it after I had already paid for the room.

I called in advance because I had older parents that didn’t walk good and walk with a walker. I asked for the first floor, which we had stayed there before and had a reservation. They gave us the third floor. Also the heat did not work they supposed to give me a rebate or refund have not seen it yet.

When I was there last year, only one elevator back this year still only one elevator working very, very long wait at times specially when you dealing with people with a walker and can’t stand long

First of all, THANK YOU EMBASSY SUITES for the physical security you had at your hotel at night. This was the first thing we noticed as we arrived late. The front desk staff, Alexis, greeted us as soon as we walked in and made the first impression with all the helpful information about our stay. The breakfast was spot-on!! Super delicious! 👌 my kids were huge fans!! Shout out to the ladies behind the kitchen who went out of their way to make that Mickey Mouse chocolate chip pancake for my son! I won't forget you! The next time we come, we will be looking for you. You made us feel special! All the amenities we used were clean and I have no complaints. If you need a safe place to stay with a bunch of kids... my family gave it a thumbs up! We will be returning customers. Thank you for a wonderful night 🌙

Loved everything. No complaints.

I hadn't stayed at Embassy Suites for a few years. I found a package I could afford. I love the breakfast and the staff was excellent. I missed the evening event but will try it the next time.

I can't think of anything that I can complain about.

The breakfast was top tier amazing, and the room was comfortable and roomy. They gave complimentary drinks at the bar every evening and also had a restaurant in the hotel. The staff was courteous and always checked in to see if they could help in any way.

I loved it all.

This is always a comfortable, economical choice when visiting Williamsburg. Breakfast is convenient, service is always kind and attentive.

Some rooms directly overlook the pool (the windows would open into the pool area, not outside): those rooms are humid and smell of chlorine. Even the rooms above the pool can feel a bit humid, and in our experience those are the only rooms we seem to get.

It is a great hotel. Very clean. Staff is so friendly. The breakfast is amazing and we loved the complimentary happy hour!

went there for a quiet romantic getaway for my 40th anniversary...then 300 teenagers showed up.....couldn't even get breakfast

The breakfast and evening reception was great. I also loved the set up the hotel. I could see the bar area and breakfast from up above.

I didn’t like seeing the cereal inside of a closet with the door wide open. Also, while I was staying the water was turned off and no one called to let us know. It came back on and I was discounted for the inconvenience which helped a lot. Thank you.
