Good spacious room, clean, well equipped with all basic needs. Comfy bed. Excellent shower, good wifi. No AC in the room, just a big fan on the ceiling, but I did not use it as the weather was cool. They offered a little bottle of milk at check-in which, I thought, was original. The hotel was within walking distance of a supermarket, and some fast food places. Private car parking was a plus.

TV was useless for me, only Netflix, YouTube or other strange options, some of them requiring sign in. No live TV or access to any major news networks. It seems that's rather common to other hotels as well. Some traffic noise and voices from the street from time to time.

Staff is very prompt and helpful with queries and very efficient check-in and out.

Didn't like room exhaust system link to lights. When lights on mean the suction is turn on drawing cold air into the already cold shower room, unlike some other smarter facility when you have a choice to turn off the exhaust, to prevent shivering after shower especially during the cool and cold seasons. Install hooks for clothing inside the toilet and shower.

The location to the Stadium was perfect- no extra parking costs- hosts very friendly- unit clean and beds comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and plan to make it our ‘usual’ place to stay in Hamilton. It’s a 10 out of 10 for us.

The room was really clean and tidy

A group from another room arrived back at 12:20am. They were really loud and inconsiderate until 1am, and walking and standing outside our room. Am sure they woke up the whole facility, but no one from management stopped them. We decided not to go outside and ask them to be quiet as they were obviously drunk. Really disapppointed this happened, as before this incident, the facility was excellent.

Great accommodation for our group. The beds were comfortable. The location was outstanding right by the Chiefs Stadium. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay

The shower has plenty of hot water, a comfy bed, a warm room, plenty of lighting. Plenty of parking.

Pillows to soft. Noise coming from somewhere maybe fridge or outside my room while I was asleep. The shower door didn't close properly.

Everything- great location, beautiful room and utilities, had my own bathroom and own kitchenette. The breakfast was superb. The hosts go above and beyond for their guests. Also it was impeccably clean. There was ample snacks and drinks always available. The decor was beautiful. Everything was a 10++

Was a great stay only thing we found the room very warm at night could benefit from an aircon unit... no other complaints was ideal size for our family and the kids loved the spa bath.

I was most impressed by the cleanliness all around this property. As well as the high standard of painting and general maintenance.

No restaurant on property….and a fair walk to get to grocery store.

Nice open spaces big bathroom

1) Nosey neighbours across road speeding up and down street at all hrs. And another person yelling out profanities (apparently the norm) 2) More sound proofing required. 3) Service not so good.. In the house rules book it said about the option to get sky sports channel put onto your room by asking reception so my wife asked for this option and the lady said her husband would come and do it.... We were still waiting after the Rugby had finished... So disappointing. .
