It was clean and plenty of room as we had a family meeting in the room for guests to sit Absolutely lovely I requested ground floor accommodation and got what I asked for This is the third stay at Del Rio lovely experience and lovely people who own and run the Motel. I will be using this motel as often as I can when I visit Whangarei. The room was clean and a pleasant place to stay in. Thank you.

Nothing to complain about everything was well above satisfaction

The hostess was incredible, went out of her way to let my sister and myself in early at no extra cost after a hospital stay. we also stayed ther the night before surgery and when we turned up 2 days later, the lovely lady recognised us and said welcome back

The unit was in a good location. The Managers were nice to deal with. The room was older style with one of the kitchen stove knobs missing but was still usable. The room was near the reception area and the noise came through an open window ( which we did not know about due to it being behind curtains) until about 10pm. Was quiet after that.

Very very clean & tidy, spacious and all amenities required were provided. Beds and pillows were very comfortable- this is a biggie for me!

It was super hot and there is no air con, only fans. Pool was not working. Noise from traffic in morning but this was fine given how close we were to the hospital.

Clean, good facilities, good parking, friendly locals.

Got locked out of room because access code should've been texted not just emailed, was a situational problem which he took note of and was very apologetic. Lovely young man. We met two other people and had a really lovely evening. I'd like a curtain over the glass door because the lights on verandah were really bright.

The separate accommodation for the family unit was excellent. Lots of space indoors and outside was fenced off. The staff double checked every was ready and organised extra towels without being asked. Very approachable for help.

Pity that the pool was closed.

Close proximity to hospital Received ground-level room as per my request Understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate my very last minute requests of extending my stay and including another person on to my reservation

The size of the room, & value for money compared to others in the area. Liked the full sized kitchen & facilities.

Son & I wanted to find something to watch but the variety available was poor - not even a family movie channel for the kids.

The stuff are very lovely 🙂 The room was really clean and comfortable we had everything we needed when we arrived, the beds are the best such a comfy sleep for me an my family, everything is so close ❤️ definitely going to book here again 👍

Heater on the wall and electric blanket was nice Place was clean Bed was comfortable. Had a good nights sleep. Quiet

The plastic egg slicer had egg still stuck to it. The fork was bent but had to use it because only 2 forks
