The staff were brilliant, really welcoming and helpful with recommendations of things to do and places to get clothes tailored and go for food. The room was very comfortable, lovely bathroom and a nice view over the riverside. The villa is very close to the old town as well but far enough to not hear the music from the bars late at night.

The bed was a bit creaky and felt like it was collapsing underneath us by the end of our stay. The other issue we had was the building works next door started at 7am every morning and once they started it was far too loud to get back to sleep, so that was not a pleasant thing to wake up to every morning.

This was such an amazing find. Beautiful place, helpful and attentive staff and price was fantastic. Easy and pleasant walk along the river into the middle of Hoi An. Breakfast was included which was great. Smaller selection than in some places but this is a small hotel so really good. Pool small but lovely and really warm The staff also helped facilitate our onward travel to Hue by car and with a couple of stops on the way to include the Marble Mountain and Lang Co Beach.

Beautiful bathrooms but unfortunately no curtain around shower in family room so floor became wet with 3 girls using.

The hotel has a great location—less than a 10-minute walk to the historic center, which makes it super easy to go back and forth during the day. The pool is small but perfect if you just want to cool off on a hot day. I was lucky to have a room on the 5th floor with an amazing view of the river and the city. However, keep in mind that there’s no elevator, and if you’re carrying heavy luggage, the reception staff (who are lovely, by the way) might not be able to help much with that. The room was clean and quite spacious.

The only thing I didn’t love was that the air conditioner was positioned right above the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable when sleeping. Also, since the hotel is close to the river and a main street, there was some noise during the night. A couple of times I woke up and had to use headphones to fall back asleep. As for breakfast, I couldn’t enjoy it fully due to health issues, but it’s à la carte—you can choose one dish from the menu, plus coffee or tea and some fruit. Compared to other hostels, I found the breakfast a bit limited.

The whole experience with the hotel was fantastic, they booked a pickup for us, kept in touch even before arrival to ensure we were met. We did have 4 people, 1 of whom arrived at a different terminal, though round about the same time. Hanh was our contact and she exceeded expectations for the whole two weeks we were there. All the staff were fantastic and just wanted us to enjoy our stay, with no worries. As we were leaving the owners gave us a gift because we stayed for so long. It was so sweet, completely unexpected and we were very touched. Totally recommend staying in this hotel, it’s the quiet end of the river and just 5 minutes walk to the old town.

Very friendly staff. As others have mentioned they do sit down with you for about 5 minutes when you check in and tell you there are tours available etc. I didn't feel pressured to book anything, I think they are being helpful and making you aware they can help you with bookings if needed. They also provided a map and showed me how I could easily walk/cycle to old town and pointed out areas of interest such as the Japanese bridge and the night market. The pool is very nice for a small hotel and was very clean. The room and washroom were very, very clean. There was a nice view of the river from the balcony outside the room. The shower was hot and good water pressure and toothbrush, toothpaste and some other amenities were provided. I would definitely return here on my next stay as I felt it was good value for money.

As others have mentioned there are stairs and no elevator to the rooms. For me this was no problem but for someone with physical limitations it might be worthwhile to specifically request a room on the ground floor. Otherwise I can't think of anything that was lacking.

Such an amazing place to stay in Hoi An! We kept extending our stay at this slice of paradise after backpacking through Asia for 3 months. It is incredibly cheap for the quality and modern style of the rooms, the attentive service and a lush pool to cool off in which is a necessity during the middle of the day. Hanh and Tram at reception were very helpful organising transport, a snorkelling tour and laundry. The location is great being only a 10 minute walk along the river into the old town - far enough a way from the chaos of the crowds but still easy enough to get to restaurants, shopping etc. If you’re looking to treat yourself on a budget, this is the place!

If you are staying in Hoi An then the Threeway Riverside Villa is your place. If is close enough to walk into the old town easily but also quiet at night. The rooms are immaculate and there is everything you need for a wonderful stay. The best thing is the staff. Tram and Hanh are a real credit to the hotel. Nothing was ever too much trouble for either of them. They looked up cafes, booked us onto activities (coffee making and lantern making) and even looked up and booked some beauty appointments. I am so grateful to Tram and Hanh for making a wonderful stay, exceptional! You two are AMAZING! 🤩 !

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though I checked in late, the hotel still assisted me with carrying my luggage. They also offered free bicycle rentals. The swimming pool was clean and had a lifeguard on duty.

The room door was made of glass with curtains, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable in terms of privacy. The sound insulation was decent , not great, but not too bad either. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery, which could be risky for children. Although the bathroom was spacious, the clothes rack was placed right next to the toilet, which was a bit inconvenient.

The entire villa is phenomenal and absolutely loved the pool. A little ways walk into the main centre but we love it every time as we got slowly immersed into the town. We were even provided free bikes which we got great use out of and free umbrellas that were absolute life savers. Our beds were super comfy and our room was sizable with great aircon. One of my favourite stays during my whole trip in Vietnam!

When showering the water would leak out of the tub so anything we left on the floor would get soaked. Took us a couple try’s to stop doing that.

I love the staff the lady boss the most. She has the most brightest smily face. Most of the times we do not understand something, we will look for her. The staff and the lady boss equally friendly. The location was also ok. Maybe walking to the old town is quite a distance but if you have a motorbike or bicycle or you can call the electric car just less than 10 minit away from this hotel. The interior is clean and good. Can see the river view as well from the hotel. The pancake and coffee is good! Breakfast definitely will be given a free pancake may it be pineapple or banana pancake during our stay. They taste good!

Rather disappointed when my friend room with 2 single bed have bath tub in their room, wherelse mine with queen bed doesn't have a bath tub. The pool is rather small so not much space to swim. But if going with small kids this place should be just perfect.
