Lovely place in a nice Venetian style, quiet and cute. Very friendly staff, they answered all my questions with a smile.

Breakfast is not so rich as in bigger hotels but it was fine for me, I don't eat a lot in the morning.

The hotel was very easy to reach on foot in 5 mins from the train and bus stations. The tiny lane it was on offered almost complete silence for deep sleeps. The breakfast room was charming, tucked in a little garden surrounded by trees.

The wee lane was slightly scary on the night when the restaurant down the lane was closed, but we just walked with purpose and reminded ourselves that normal people live up this lane every day and aren't nervous about it. :)

The location of the Hotel was perfect - we travelled from Ravenna to Venice Santa Lucia train station and then had a 5 minute walk with our suitcases to the Hotel which was a great location as it was so busy in Venice going further with suitcases and two children would have been a struggle! The staff were fantastic, very friendly and gave us a map of Venice, aswell as tips of things to do. The room was spacious and had towels provided, aswell as a hairdryer and small fridge. The patio doors opened out to see a small courtyard to the left. Air conditioning worked very well and was a welcome cool blast air when we returned from site seeing. It is located a little further out and is about a 15-20 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square(25 mins) but as I said that was perfect for us as we didnt want to have to walk too far with suitcases- especially as Venice is mostly cobbled streets and bridges which makes it difficult for suitcases sometimes. The breakfast was lovely, fresh warm croissants, juices, cakes, cereals, yogurts and breads and toasts, fruit. Lots of choice! The check out of 11am was a welcome change as we could go to breakfast (up to 10am) and then go back, pack and get ready to go. Again upon checkout we were allowed to keep our suitcases in the luggage room all day (we had a late night flight) and they welcomed us to use the toilets etc and get changed before leaving which was so very kind of them and many hotels dont do this and charge you per bag to keep luggage which can add up! it meant we could roam and sight see on our second day without heavy bags and gave us much more freedom which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again myself without hesitation!

The only slight negative was there was no lift/ elevator but it was only one flight of stairs to get the suitcases up to the room .

Location. Booked this last minute when i realised that my previous booking location needs to cross the bridge with my 25kg luggage 😆

It's a boutique inn and with old style, so i quite smell a bit of molds in my room.

The location was perfect, located down a quiet alley very close to lots of shops, restaurants and a bridge over the canal. 5 minute walk to train station. Breakfast was great, even for my fussy father. Continental with freshly baked croissants, cereal, fruit, yogurts, bread and cheese and much more. It didn't look like much but actually was plentiful. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Every time you go out you hand your keys in so they stay safe which we thought was a good idea. Rooms were adequate for what we wanted them for. The shutters helped keep the room cool and dark.

When rooms were cleaned sometimes they didn't replace shampoos or leave a spare roll of toilet roll or the shower mat. Although if you asked for it it wasn't a problem for them to put them in. No kettle in the room was a shame. Shower in parents room wouldn't lower or go higher. Both showers had no grate over the shower plug so ensure you have no loose jewellery. The flush button kept falling off the wall and the aircon was not as strong in our room as in our parents even though settings were the same.

Clean and well equipped room, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Fabiola who made us feel instantly welcome. The hotel entrance, down a charming narrow alley, was easy to find as it was near to the St. Lucia train station. Great balcony with view of the courtyard and gardens.

Breakfast was ok but limited, at least for our tastes (missing the usual eggs and bacon). Also, the room was uncomfortably cool and humid for early May although that was not the hotel's fault. We were told the city controls the central heating schedule throughout the year.

Room was clean and cozy. Location was the best: not far from railway station, near the water bus station and it was very easy to get to the bus stop within a few minutes. Staff was very kind an helpful. Fabiola was a perfect girl, she advised us how to get to the meeting point of our tour. Thanks her for her professionalism and kindness. The only thing that we didn't like was the breakfast. It was poor and no option to eat. Even more, the second day of our trip we decided to eat outside. And that was the only right decision. Next time will book the room without breakfast.

Good location, very close to the train station and a short walk from bus stop. Very good breakfast., tasty and many options.

Location was perfect being close to railway station and far away enough from the Main Street so we didn’t hear any night noise. Everything looked new and extremely comfortable. No lift but our luggage was taken up for us which was a great gesture. Maybe because we are older. Fabia who was at reception was exceptional. I felt she went out of her way to accommodate our needs. You do t get that from someone quite young. Every time I saw her she was helping fellow staff with their duties, from assisting with the breakfast to housekeeping. She is a real gem. It made our stay that much better.

Location. We wanted to be near the train station for easy move in to our next journey. It’s quite & peaceful even though it’s right near the busy intersection. The free breakfast is superb 😊

The street light is right on the window by the bed, it is too bright even with curtain. If you are sensitive to light and have difficulty sleeping with bright lights on, this would not be good for you. I would suggest the hotel would look into this and remedy the situation. Other that that, it would have been perfect notwithstanding the small sized room but hey, if you just use it for sleeping, I guess you can get by it. Just the street light needs to be relocated or do something to obstruct it from the window.
