I had a very good experience overall. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the flexible cancellation policy — I wasn’t sure I would be able to travel, so this was a big plus. The location is a bit outside the city centre, but easily reachable by public transport. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable — exactly what I needed. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but is available for €14. It’s also possible to just have a coffee for €3, which is a convenient option. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout my stay.

The room was clean and bright. I especially enjoyed the bed, it was really comfortable. The hotel has a good connection with the city center. Breakfast was delicious. I read the reviews before visiting the hotel, and it stood out that the Wi-Fi connection was poor. We didn't have that problem, everything was working very well (maybe our room location was just good, we were on the 4th floor).

I missed the fridge in the room. And some glasses or cups would have been nice too.

Check-in at the hotel is easy, the reception works 24/7, so it wasn't a problem that we arrived late, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bathroom is excellent, the only downside is that we couldn't turn on the TV, there is a tram nearby that leads all the way to the center, which is great, it is 5 km from the center (Opera), which might be a problem for some, but it wasn't for us. Breakfast is available in the hotel at a price of 14€ per person, we didn't get to try it...

I did not like that at night if the window is opened there is a lot of noise because cars are constantly passing and the hotel is next to the road, and if the window is closed it is too stuffy. I also did not like that the TV could not be turned on.

It was at a quiet part of Vienna. A very nice park just around the corner. Hotel was very very clean. Everyone was very polite. You could get everywhere with close by bus stops (max 8’ walk to the furthest). Convenient store and supermarkets across. Several eating options in the area, including an amazing vegan spot. Hotel was very quiet.

Breakfast. Very limited options and repetitive every morning. Refills were a disaster. Coffee machines also had issues with cream refills. It was literally the only negative thing. Also there is no refrigerator in the room. No vegan option what so ever except bread.

We had such a great time at this hotel! It felt pretty new, and my room was super clean, which is always a plus. The bathroom was modern and really nice to look at, too. The location was fantastic! It’s a little out of the city center, but I actually loved that. Being in a local neighborhood let me soak up the real vibe of Vienna, and I got to explore some great spots that aren’t on the typical tourist trail. Plus, public transport was just around the corner, making it easy to get wherever I wanted. But the best part? The staff! They were so friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they really made us feel welcome. Their hospitality made our stay even better. Overall, I totally recommend this hotel if you want a unique experience in Vienna while still enjoying all the comforts of a modern place!

The hotel was very well-suited to my preferences. The room was spotless and cleaned daily in a very professional manner. The location was excellent, especially considering the price, which was very reasonable.

One thing I didn’t like was the attitude of one of the receptionists. At first, we were welcomed very warmly, but during our stay, we accidentally broke the key card while rushing out of the room. When we went to the reception to explain the situation, one of the staff members kept making facial expressions and reactions that made us feel quite uncomfortable, even though it was a simple accident that could happen to anyone.

The location is excellent and only around 6 mins to the Number 1 tram which takes you into the heart of Vienna. The area is safe at night and. there's a supermarket across the road. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value for money. The staff in the breakfast room worked hard and ensured the tables were clean for others joining.Lots of fresh meat, pastries, toast, cereals, tea and coffee or apple and orange juice. The hotel is very clean and has good security. As soon as you enter the lobby its clean. The elevators are large and gives plenty of room for luggage. The rooms are clean and are a good size. The bed was very comfortable and big.The bathroom was spotless and the shower was excellent. There were two types of shower in the bathroom..very impressive. We would certainly return to this hotel and would recommend this hotel to other tourists

I could not complain about anything at the hotel. However It would be good to have a safe in the rooms.

Room was clean. Location perfect for the Grand Prix (extremely close to the highway to Graz/Spielberg). Underground parking was cheap for Wien prices (16eur/24h). Close to the hotel: Burger King, Billa Supermarket, Sushi Place, Gym, McDonalds. The back yard was very quiet even though it was a residential zone on a weekend.

Our room specifically was extremely small. It was so small that we hit our shoulders like 5 times a day on the mounted TV during the only 30 minutes we spent daily in the room.

Traveled with a child. 1. Clean room. The floor and bath are also perfectly clean. No foreign odors 2. Quiet in the rooms. There were other people on our floor, but we didn't hear them. It's also quiet outside, although we slept with the window open. 3. Opposite the hotel there are 2 grocery stores. 4. There are bus and tram stops within a radius of 200-300 meters. 5. 24-hour reception.

1. We used central air conditioning for heating and because of this the air was very dry. 2. There are no basic utensils, but forks and spoons were taken into the lobby. 3. The hotel is not within walking distance from the center. The location suited me, but it might be too far for some. 4. The receptionist seemed unfriendly to me. But I could be wrong and I don’t want to tell lies :)
