The position is nearly perfect, half way from the train station and the center, pretty close to a metro station and just in front of the bus stop to the airport. The room was quite small, but quiet (not overlooking the main street), clean and comfortable, with perfectly working air conditioning. The bathroom was perfect size, shower working properly. The staff (24hrs a day) was helpful and polite, the cleaning service was punctual.

The hotel and the room were really appropriate and suitable for a short-term staying, nothing bothered or disturbed me. The night table had no night lamp, which could "affect" some night reader like me, but it is really a less significant detail in the remarkable general frame.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation! The room was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped – even toothbrushes and all the necessary toiletries were provided. Daily cleaning and fresh towels are available upon request. The room size was perfect for two people. The location is excellent: the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel, and all main attractions are within easy reach. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful on all three occasions. Despite being located on a busy main street, the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful inside. A perfect choice for a mother-daughter trip! What’s more, on our last day, we could leave our luggage at the reception until our flight, which was a great help. The blonde recepcionist was very kind and helpful :) the cleaning ladies too!

The location is excellent. Staff is very polite and helpful, especially cleaning lady. Reception working 24/7. Bedsheets are so white, clean, and changing every day, towels too. The bed is so comfortable. It's on the main street. That street in ancient times was also main and connected to part of the city. It's vibrant all night, and I like it because not to need to go out to feel life in the city. Also, air-condition working excellent. They use system ventilation, not AC up to bed like more accommodation doing. Building has god construction walls and big ceilings, and because of that need AC even is out 35C. The gifts are in the bathroom are also nice.

Some of the previous guests did not obey rouls about not smoking in the room. Nicotine odur was present. I'm alegic on cigarettes and feel that smell few days. My recommendations for improving service will be. It will be nice in the room to have kettle and some tea/ cafe bags for welcoming, especially for guests who came late and don't have the opportunity to buy near. In the future renovation will be nice to consider lighter color of carpet, walls in the lobby and corridor. That will make space lighter and cozy because of the lack of daylight.

If you get a room with a view of the street, you can have a completely different experience of the hotel In other hotels in this area, the noise from the traffic is very loud.

great location, ok breakfast

The room with three beds was very small. You could barely get past the beds. We had to put our suitcase in the closet. When we had the window open at night, mosquitos flew into the room. I recommend mosquito repellent. The shower cabin is very, very small. It's not really a cabin, just a shower with a curtain. When the running water creates an air current, the curtain sticks to your body.

Nice hotel. Excellent location

We have asked 1 min after making the reservation for 1 parking spot. It said it will be arranged. I was aware of private parking, as it is mentioned on booking. What it is not mentioned is that private parking costs 14 euros for normal car, and 17 euros for big car, it is not part of the building itself- you will receive an address on the reception where to park underground.

I believe I put a bit high score for this place. But the personal was so friendly that I don’t want to give them a bad score.

Breakfast does not worth the pay. Better to have option without it. Lack of sockets. We only had one on entire room. The air dryer was dirty as hell. Definitely better cleaning is needed.

The rooms are as expected and suits well for a place to sleep while exploring the city of Thessaloniki. Our rooms were cleaned everyday, and the staff were always very kind and helpful.

Everything was very good.

One Great staff member, forgot her name, the only female front desk clerk. She was very friendly, helpful and greeted us with an amazing smile every time we left and came back.

If all the employees were friendly and helpful, they would give the hotel a better name. The beds weren't as comfortable as they should be.

Must say this is the first ever pleace where I have had towels that smells awesome, on softener. I'm quite sensitive on smells so this was a big plus for me. Clean, great staff, great location.

The rooms a small but ok for a short stay. The breakfast has limited options but all good.
