An excellent choise for someone who needs a good sleep near the train station! I had a room on the first floor, with a bathroom and facing the courtyard. There was enough space and it was clean, confortable and quiet. The welcome was friendly. Maybe I got a last minute deal because it was so very inexpensive by the city’s standards, so try this hotel if you are improvising your travel!

Everything went well. My husband and I are 76 and 84, so I wrote and asked if we could have a room on a lower level (no elevator in the hotel). They gave us a room on the lowest level! So very thoughtful!! The location is perfect—only 1 block from the train station, which has everything. We also could walk to Tivoli Gardens, Hop-On/Hop-Off buses, and the Old Town. Breakfast was excellent—a lovely variety of food and lots of it, a sunny room to eat in, excellent service filling dishes. The desk people were busy, but were always kind and helpful. The hotel also has liquid refreshments for sale, which we bought after our long trip there and then enjoyed in their cozy welcome area. This is a wonderful hotel, but be aware of the possible need to climb stairs.

I can’t think of anything. It was great.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and overall we had a good experience. The location is excellent – perfect for walking to the city center, right next to the metro, and very close to the train station. Breakfast, while not offering hot dishes, was still more than sufficient. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The rooms are quite small, especially those with a private bathroom, so they are not very comfortable for spending much time in during the day. If your room faces the street and you keep the window open at night (there is no air conditioning, only a fan provided), the street noise can be disturbing. Also, the shared toilets could benefit from more frequent cleaning.

The room was very comfortable, with plenty of pillows, blankets and towels (more available upon request). Great shower. The front desk was staffed every morning and evening. The breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from. I especially loved the coffee machine! Lots of choices--cappucino, coffee with milk, etc. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the train station, and easy walking distance to everything else. I enjoyed the Saturday night fireworks from Tivoli Gardens from my window! (This may not be for everybody). This was my first time visiting Copenhagen, and I was very satisfied with the hotel stay.

No elevator, however, I knew this before I booked. Also, tea and coffee were available in the lobby, but they were not free. Most other hotels offer complimentary coffee/tea in the room and/or in the lobby. This would have been just a little bit nicer.

Location at the edge of the tourist area, it was great as a starting point for exploring Copenhagen. A block from the Central station with the Metro, trains, and bus service, a couple of blocks from Tivoli and another few blocks to the start of Strøget - the pedestrian shopping street, which leads you close to many other points of interest. Rooms were clean and rather typical standard and comfortable, nothing elaborate. We chose the breakfast included option, which was a decent choice. Nothing elaborate, but a typical Scandinavian breakfast with fresh rolls and bread with a simple selection of toppings, some fruit (including grapefruit and kiwis), hard and soft boiled eggs, yoghurts, etc. Hotels are expensive in Copenhagen, and we found this to be a decent compromise between price, location, and standard.

The stairs were narrow (no elevator). The bathroom was the rectangular shape with the shower with a shower curtain on one side, and the toilet and a tiny sink in the other side. The floor gets wet after a shower, and it is easy to splash water with the tiny sink. But it served its purpose.

Breakfast was good, There was just enough choices. The location was perfect. It was so near the main train station and the metro station

We should not be charged for the rent of the lockers for storing our luggages. In other hotels it is free.

The staff was beyond helpful, assisting with requests that weren't part of their daily responsibilities, such as giving us a vase for a bouquet of flowers and scissors. They were all always in a perfect mood, answering any questions we had, and made our stay exceptional! The value for the place was also really good, the location is amazing, right next to the central station and a metro station, and the centre itself was a short walk away. The room was clean and quiet, and had its own sink. The toilets and shower rooms were shared, but there were a couple of them per floor, which were all cleaned and disinfected multiple times per day. 10/10, will stay there again the next time we're in the city!

Can't think of anything I disliked.

The hotel is a practical choice for a short stay, especially given its central location, which is within walking distance of main metro stations and several popular attractions. The room size was adequate for two people, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. General cleanliness was satisfactory. The staff was helpful—when we needed a hair dryer, we simply asked at reception and they provided one right away.

There were a few small areas for improvement. The luggage storage area felt secure, but it would have been better if it were free or more affordable for guests.

First and foremost, I want to address the location of the hotel which is 10/10, EXCELLENT! It’s a 2 minute close to the Copenhagen central station, which gives you a unique opportunity to go to the airport by train in 15-20 minutes. Basically, the hotel is in the heart of the city. We have not used public transportation, we just explored whole city on foot. In the room we had a Faucet and It was very convenient to use. We took a shared bathroom option and it was also pretty normal experience.

One thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t give us an opportunity to check in earlier. The rest was perfect.

- Great location - 3mins walking distance from the main railways station - Great stylish old-school apartment with unique vibe, character furniture, a real gem! - Very generous floor space - 24hrs reception - Luggage storage option (for extra charge)

- Front room is rather noisy (both due to the street and nearby gate shutting harsh) - Very steep stairs to get through with luggage to both the reception and into the apartment - Black mold on the bathroom tile joints should have been an easy chemical fix - not too healthy for someone allergic to it
