Beautiful location! Quiet, away from the main strip. Clean, pleasant. Exactly what i expected on a budget in Bellagio.

Thankfully it wasn’t insanely hot, but I specifically booked a room with air conditioning because it could’ve been. What was not advertised was the big sign in the room saying air con is bad for the world and will cost you an extra 10$ a day. Would’ve been better received if I’d known that up front, and without the agenda. Also didn’t appreciate the sign saying I’ll be charged for new sheets if my period does what periods sometimes do. None of it is particularly unreasonable, though one might call it the cost of doing business, but the delivery of such info left a bad taste in my mouth.

Very clean and well decorated

Although the location was stunning, without a car there were 150 steps to climb there and back to get to any restaurant or boats.

Nice place for a short stay. The location is in a quieter residential area, though a bit far from the center. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and everything was very clean and tidy. Pre-arrival information was clear and detailed. Given the prices in the area, it offered good value.

It can be a bit difficult to reach the hotel if you have a luggage since it is on the opposite side of the town from the center and ferry terminal and all the shortcuts involve lots of stairs. The soundproofing between the rooms is poor, so even though the area is quiet, it doesn’t guarantee a good night’s sleep. The reception staff could be more friendly and welcoming. I often felt like I was bothering them just by walking by, and it seems I’m not the only one who had that impression.

We stayed at the house nearby their main B&B location so good set up for families. Solid quiet location away from main tourist area. Nice outdoor patio area. There are good local supermarkets nearby. Solid value for the space.

Not too bad, but about a 20 minute walk with a steep hill to main tourist area and ferry stop. Only a couple restaurant choices within 5-10 minute walk, otherwise need to drive or go into main area. House interior was a bit older and dark, but otherwise good for families.

Comfortable, cozy, affordable, quiet little spot. Great for those traveling without a car, we took a train from Milan Central to Lecco. Then a bus to Bellagio and the bus stop was a short walk away. It is a bit of a walk to the main area (10-15min) with a lot of stairs. But, we didn’t mind the walk and it had great photo opps.

The room was small, we wished there was more natural light and a balcony, but we knew what we were getting when we booked the room.

The b&b was in brisk 10 minute walk to restaurants and the lake. We had a lovely lady Franca check us in, she said she was just filling in which was great for us because she was amazing. She gave us easy instructions on where to park, and how to get in and out of the apartments. The room was very clean and tidy, we had a lovely room overlooking the garden with shutters to open for fresh breeze. Our stay was great!

Comfortable, great view of the lake, we liked it wasnt in the business of the the main town, and it was a comfortable 15min walk into town.

A tad small, you had to step over luggage if you had a hardcase suitcase fully open. First time paying for Air Con, but i guess its no different to paying that extra amount in your night stay, which I think would be preferred. Just add that additional cost to the room stay, so there is less friction points of feeling like you have to pay more for basic facilities. Only accomm on our trip out of 13 that wanted this.

We had a lovely room with a balcony which had an amazing view of the lake. While we didn't have any airconditioning, it was very comfortable as it was cool in the evening with the breeze from the lake and balcony was east facing. It was in a lovely location only 10-15 minutes walk from the main town. The best part of this place was the lovely balcony with the beautiful view of the lake. We loved our stay here. Would recommend.

It was a lovely place and we really enjoyed our stay here. Whilst it was only a 10-15 minute walk from the main town, which is easy without luggage, we would suggest if you have luggage, to arrange a transfer/taxi from the town to the accommodation as it is a difficult walk uphill!

Staff were very friendly and let us leave our bags after checking out. They offered to let us leave our bags before checking in but our room was ready well before the check in time which was perfect! Breakfast options were lovely and it was nice to have the option to sit outside for breakfast.

The walls were very thin but this wasn't much of a problem as everyone was very quiet and respectful
