The location was excellent, and as a bonus there was a nice park for the kid just outside. Room was very spacious and well lit. Every room had a nice lightning. The walk in closet was a huge plus. Everything was very clean and modern. Special thanks to the cleaning lady, who was such a wonderful person., very helpful and a charming character. We will definitely consider this apartment next time coming to the city. Amazing place, amazing Firenze! Oh, and an elevator in the building saved us many times!

The kitchen utensils might need a little replenishment, and for example a knife and a frying pan with a flat bottom would be nice. But all and all we managed just fine.

Very nice finishes and beautiful house, immaculate design. Very Well maintained. Excellent walkability to nearby train station/restaurants/and all the major attractions in downtown Florence. Host was very accommodating with our 2 children who are below 2, host was quick to purchase another crib during our stay when we informed the one provided was not suitable,, never have had an experience like that with a bnb/booking before! They definitely know what it means to be a host and take care of the guest!

Maybe add a vacuum/mop to the unit, the floors attract a lot of dirt.

Apartment is located within short walking distance from all tourist spots with parking available around the corner. When we arrived it was spotless clean, rooms and the bathroom are very nice and quiet big, there is also spacious wardrobe attached to the bedroom. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We did not have chance to meet the host but we have met lady Aurika that is working for the owner, she is wonderful and helpful lady. Highly recommended to anyone who is planning to visit Florence!!!

In the 2nd floor with No elevator, Hard to take the legauge up. Not give us a permit to ZTL area to drop off the language.

The apartment was fantastic, stylish, with plenty of space and had everything one would want. There were 2 main rooms: a bedroom and open plan living room/kitchen/dining room. There was a double sofa bed in the living room, so effectively there was 2 rooms with double beds. We were only there for 3 days, but the apartment would be very suitable for an extended stay.

The location was a little further away from the main sites than we would have liked (about 20 minute walk)

The property is spacious, clean and has most of what you could need for a stay in Florence. The check in procedures were efficient and clear, as was check out.

The only downside was that we had booked this property because it advertised a washing machine and tumble dryer. We were midway through our trip with children and needed to wash clothes. Unfortunately, this particular apartment only had a washing machine and the radiators were timed (but didn’t actually come on at all) so we left with bags of damp washing, which wasn’t ideal. Aside from this one issue, it was a lovely apartment and we would return and recommend.

The Apartment is in a great location. It is only about a 15 minute walk from the railway station and the main city centre attractions are all close by. The standard of fit out is very good. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had enough equipment and the washer/dryer was a useful addition. WiFi was decent.

The shower did not drain well and we had to mop up the bathroom floor a couple of times. There was some noise from traffic but do bear in mind that the Apartment is centrally located.

The apartment was very spacious and well laid out. Great water pressure in the shower. VERY CLEAN thanks to Maria. The A/C was unbelievable, especially given that it was 95 degrees most of the time we were there. What a relief to return to the room and be able to chill and sleep comfortably. The bed was a true King size. Not always the case in Europe.

The bed was a little stiff for our liking but not so uncomfortable we could not rest - Our experience in Europe is that the beds are stiffer than in the US. Overall it was fine, just a matter of preference on our part. The extra pillows and blankets helped the comfort in the bed.
