Location excellent , near to outlet area, shoping 5 min distance to Dolphin Mall . Very friendly staff. Quiet , comfy beds. Coffee /Tea station available 24hrs. Taste better than Starbucks, appears to be premium coffee, a variety of teas, and hot chocolates. I will definitely be back , I would definitely recommend 8/10

While I speak English , French, and a little Spanish. I suggest that ALL staff be able to communicate the basics in English. As a Hilton Brand Hotel , English should be standard. Also, while the breakfast was very very limited in variety , it should be taken into consideration Labels as to what each items are as well as have a little more Vegan/meat free options and keep it away from the suggages and eggs.

The place is very well located. Close to many things and close to the airport. The area is very calm and quiet, which was exactly what we wanted. The room we stayed was a room with kitchen, that came very in handy to what we needed.

We didn't have breakfast, because we slept late every day we stayed, and breakfast would finish very early for us to be able to be there. I think it would be very nice if the breakfast was a little longer. Perhaps an extra hour would have been just right for us. But this doesn't mean we won't stay there again. Also, only one of the employees we dealt with was pleasant. The other ones were a little hard to deal because they always gave the impression that we were bothering them. So, I will leave this to whoever stays there to make their own conclusions.

We stayed in March 2024 as a family (2 adults and 2 children) for 1 week and enjoyed the experience. Comfortable hotel, with good facilities (swimming pool, laundry, hygiene kit, minibar), comfortable room with good beds and spacious bathrooms, standard American buffet breakfast with good options (waffle, yogurt, cereal, fruit, bread, eggs). Hotel very close to Dolphin Mall (5 min by car) and about 30 min from Miami Beach/Airport and Sawgrass Malls. It is on the highway that connects Miami to Orlando and with good services nearby.

Unfortunately, we had problems with the water in the bathroom, which no matter how long we waited for more than an hour, it didn't heat up, which forced us to take a cold shower a few times, a shame, as it impacted our experience with this accommodation. We hope this condition improves so we can return

Nice clean room with everything in order. Easy to find location which is good if travelling to Everglades NP. Nice restaurants nearby. Great pool and hot breakfast. Parking is incl.

Air conditioning is too cold. Our room was for 5 pax. and they did not have sufficient linen, towels or pillows. Receptionist was alone and so I had to collect the items myself. 1 extra thing to do when trying to get kids showered and fed. Breakfast is in lobby and so it feelsl a little strange to eat there.

Price and when a customer calls, it has to be a long time on the waiting for someone to answer, I understand lack of staff however today technology make it easier, if he had an extended line to a cellphone that he can carry to the rooms when a new accommodation needs to be done, able to answer and a tablet to log in while walkingthat will solve the issue..

I liked the location, the pool area, breakfast, and our suite was perfect for our family.

There were not enough towels some nights. The cable in our bedroom did not work and we had to buy a Roku attachment to watch television at night (no big deal).

We liked that most of the staff were very friendly ( especially the spanish speaking ones) and when the Ac was too loud in our room without hesitation we were assigned a new suite by noon the same day with a much quieter Ac in the bedroom which allowed for peaceful rest. Thank you for aiding in us having a memorable 5 days as we prepared to return to return to our country after 17 days in the US.

The only think I was not fond of was the smell that came from the couches and the throw cushions. I think previous guests may have slept on them. ( actually I got the same smell from the couches located in the both suites.) Maybe some fabric refreshing spray can be used to eliminate this unpleasant scent.

I liked the comfortable king bed. A little high up though, but comfortable.

I did not like the breakfast. Fruits were not nice to see. The safe in our room did not work. That was a problem because we had some valuables which we preferred in the locker. We had 2 maintenance gentleman look at it, but afterall did not work.

This hotel is very clean, the bed is comfortable, all the complementary stuff in the bathroom are great and smell so good (gel shower, shampoo, body moisturizer, etc) . The location is perfect. The staff are very kind
