We love our room in the historic building facing the clock.

There was no hot water. Very disappointed, we had to take cold showers two nights in a roll. You would think for a 4 stars hotel, they would have a Kleenex box and a complementary bottle water.

This property is in an excellent location right across the street from the astronomical clock. We could see it out of our window. You are right in the square with tons or restaurants right there. The breakfast was very good as was the coffee machine.

The first building they put us in had no elevator so if you have problems with stairs ask for the main building with the elevator. There were 37 stairs to get to our room. We had to move as my wife had sprained her ankle just previously. Because it is in the square it is very busy and noisy in front facing rooms. Not sure about the back ones. Transportation stop is on the other side of the square if you have mobility problems. For buses or taxi or Uber.

Location is outstanding with a view of the Astronomical clock. Breakfast is also excellent with a view and the dining facility is clean. Staff were friendly.

We paid for a premium price to get the best view and convenience because we have a lot of luggage, We were given the adjacent building which doesn't have an elevator, the view is still excellent but it could have been better if we were in the main building.

We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was located towards a small backside street. It was very noisy in the night with drunk people screaming and yelling. Also, there was constant noise from restaurants moving garbage bins. I would suggest hotel look and insulating the windows along that side of the street.

Stayed in the apartment at an annex building. Really good location and and good sized apartment for a longer stay. Quiet around the clock, no bother from the street outside.

“Air conditioning” thingy was really really loud. Requires keeping the windows open part of the day to get some air changed in the apartment. Breakfast was pretty meh..

There are so many good things about staying at this hotel that it's hard to mention them all. I booked a room with a view of the clock tower to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Prague on our first visit. The initial room we were given had a view of the clock tower, but there was no lift as described on booking.com, so it was difficult for my wife, who has trouble with her leg, to go up and down. So we requested a room change, and they kindly upgraded us to a room with a better view of the clock tower and a lift. All the hotel staff are always smiling and respond kindly. The breakfast menu is not diverse, but the quality of all the food is excellent.

There were no major cons. If I had to mention one, you'd have to walk to the hotel with a heavy carrier because the car couldn't get to the front of the hotel, but it's less than 100 meters away.

Great location right opposite the town hall. Large apartment/room with good facilities - very comfortable large double bed, modern TV, walk-in shower, separate WC and view of the astronomical clock

We were put in a top floor room (Room 302) in a separate building (2 buildings away from main hotel) - the building had no elevator (our booking confirmation specifically said upper floors were accessible via elevator) so we had to walk up several flights of stairs. Also, we had to walk round to the main hotel to have breakfast which wasn't ideal. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room as it was a long trip down and out of the building just to get a coffee! Reception staff were helpful and polite.

The hotel was located in the perfect location! Right in the heart of Old Towne Square. Check in was easy and quick and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was in the square, the windows are double paned, you could hardly hear any outside noise, even though the Christmas Market was right outside and it was New Years. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from for a European breakfast.

When we arrived, I arranged for the hotel parking. The porter was sent out to meet us, he was helpful with our luggage, but he walked way too fast, it was difficult to keep up with him, especially through the crowds. My only complaint about the room is the toilet paper is out of a box dispenser with little squares, so it feels like you're using a public restroom instead of a hotel.

Hotel was the finest I have stayed in with old world hospitality. Location was perfectly right at the center of town. My reservation couldn't be found. Proof of payment was all it took for them to accommodate me while they sort out the issue. Breakfast at Cafe Mozart was great. Not the usual American breakfast of cereals. They got various coffee, cakes, pure soybean milk (unadulterated), eastern European cakes. You will need to experience it. The best part was when my flight was 6 am and needed to get to the airport before breakfast was served, they prepared a to-go box of ham, lettuce, tomato sandwich, an apple, an European cupcake for me. Not the usual processed, store-bought foods. Now tell me, what hotel does that these days? They surpassed the maximum of stars a survey has.

Literally nothing I didn't like

The hotel is very centrally located in the old Town Square. Be prepared for a busy space in front of the hotel because of the astronomical clock. However our room, which faced directly onto the Square and looked directly at the clock was very quiet. We were on the 3rd floor. Elevator serviced. Room was air conditioned and very spacious and very clean. Breakfast which was included for us, was very good. Hot and cold selections. Wonderful hotel. The staff at this hotel were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. Room service was great. Very happy with overall experience.

The Square in front of the hotel is very busy throughout the day/evening with high tourist traffic. The astronomical clock is a big tourist attraction. However it wasn't a deterrent. It's part of traveling. The location is perfect for the Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock, and lots of great restaurants and sidewalk cafes. Prague has 900,000 tourists yearly we were told. Their tram and bus service is very good. Google maps is extremely helpful in finding your way to the many wonderful shops and restaurants.
