The location is between the airport and the city, making it very convenient. The Quest apartment is in a residential area, which is very quiet, and the surrounding scenery is also nice. It's within walking distance to Highpoint Shopping Centre.

The disadvantage is that the reception counter is only open from 7 a.m. My flight landed early at Sydney Airport, and I reached The Quest around 6:20 a.m. Nobody could open the door for us, so we had to wait outside with no seating until 7 a.m., when the staff arrived to open the door. Check-in time is only available from 2 p.m., but we were able to store our luggage there. The complimentary bottle of water was only provided once, even though we stayed there for 4 nights.

The location was excellent with heaps of places to eat and walking distance to shopping centre. The apartment was lovely size and very clean. The bedroom had air-conditioning which was amazing but must have been on timer and kept turning off and I would wake up warm and turn back on Had a balcony and sliding door to open for the breeze. Had a safe so could lock the laptop away. The amazing Greek Souvlaki place across the road and great staff at the community Room was serviced every day

Would be nice to add a touch of the Quest Flemington to the rooms and modernise a little but other than that it was really lovely and staff were amazing. Might need to put new batteries in the tv remote as flat.

This is the third or fourth time that we’ve stayed here and it is very close and convenient to the Melbourne Showgrounds where we have to be. This time our apartment was huge, we love it here and will definitely be returning.

The bed in the main room not as comfy as last time. Also, there may be a problem with the dishwasher, as mentioned, it had been loaded by housekeeping with my son’s dishes and put on, but the next day the dishes were still dirty in it and half the tablet was still in the dispenser. I re loaded and put it on when we left, so hopefully it worked.

The cleaners knocked on the door once and whilst I was getting up to go open the door they just came in even though I said "wait a minute, coming". Not acceptable. I was in room 404A and then i said they didn't need to clean the room and asked for just a replenish of towels and toilet paper, they gave me 1 role of toilet paper ONE & I asked for more since I had my partner & daughter and then they proceeded to say "oh I gave you 1" 🤦🏽‍♀️ We had booked to stay for 3 days so I requested for another one, however she questioned me, then gave it and then closed the door. it was 2 asian cleaners.

The Accommodation was for work therefore it met every aspect that was needed. comfortable bed, heat great, space very good, easy car parking, reception very pleasant and very helpful. We will stay again .

the only extension I would like to offer is maybe heating in the bathroom. however that is only a very small "what didn't you like?"

Modern, new, spacious and comfortable, good heating and hot water. Convenient location, 10 mins walk to the Highpoint shopping centre.

The hot water can be too hot if you don’t put the tap in the middle position.

Clean, modern, everything in excellent condition.

There was nothing to recommend against. I had difficulty with the public laundry, insofar as the machine didn’t operate as expected, but there were no limits on access, so I had plenty of time to correct my error. The laundry is far away from guest accommodation, which may be why it is accessible and operable 24 hours a day.

we only expected to have an average room as it was just a one night stay but because the TV did not work we were upgraded to an apartment which was very nice and roomy. We had a very comfortable stay. It was raining that day and as we had no umbrella, the nice person at reception gave us a hotel one.

We had to walk over very busy roads to restaurants for our breakfast and the shops did not open until after 8am. This was not good as we had early appointments. However, we could have selected some items from reception which would have made it easier.

Everything was as expected and perfectly met our needs.

The view was completely obstructed by frosted glass walls around the balcony. This was disappointing and appeared to be an area for cigarette smoking purposes as there was only an ash tray on the balcony.

Great service and allowing the guests to check in an hour early. The room had everything they needed and was very spacious.

Nothing to dislike just a suggestion A quicker refund of the security deposit would be better. Husband is still waiting on a refund of the deposit who checked out last week Wednesday.
