Good location, friendly staff, great balcony

No clock on wall , or clock radio . Even though it was only my husband & myself, there were only 3 wine glasses, 1 coffee mug, but 4 tea cups, 1 tall glass & 3 or 4 smaller glasses. There was also no instructions on how the clothes dryer worked ( I had never come across that style before)! & we found the instructions for the washing machine in a drawer in the lounge. These were only minor discrepancies but made life a bit difficult. Especially as we had friends over for dinner.

Everything. Resort,Management,Cleanliness, Price, I will DEFINITELY RETURN ON 24 NOVEMBER, FOR MY PRESENTATION OF MY 30 YEAR CERTIFICATE FROM THE SOUTHPORT RSL SUB BRANCH. IT'S AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING RESORT.

The only thing that l didn't like about the WINDSURFER RESORT WAS .......... I HAD TO LEAVE THE RESORT TO GO HOME.. BRIAN AND JOSH ARE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.... SO FRIENDLY AND, YOU WILL FEEL THAT YOU HAVE KNOWN THEM FOR EVER. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO CHECK IN AT .... WINDSURFER RESORT... BIGGERA WATERS.... 452 MARINE PARADE.

Location was great for beach, walks, nearby shops and dinner/pub. Also very close to bus network. The in-house wash/dry amenities were very helpful.

Only one minor thing, no ceiling fan in the bedroom. Our room was at front of the building had lovely view of the beach, but warmed up significantly and could benefit from a fan at night. The only air con unit was in the lounge and struggled to cover both zones. That said, we loved our stay!

Great place and close location to what I needed. I travelled by myself and felt safe in the apartment. Clean and tidy and free parking. Friendly reception staff.

The road works right outside my window starting at 6.40am was very loud (even though it isn't the hotels fault). And I couldn't leave my blinds open in the day as they were right outside my balcony fence and it seemed they could look straight in.

Our accommodation was nice and cosy for a 1 bedroom unit, friendly people/neighbours, the aircon we enjoyed the most and foxtel. We use stream services alot, it was good to watch something different (humidity wasn't the best during our stay). The room was clean and decent enough. Reception was helpful to organise after hour instruction in regards to late arrival. Some minor dislikes, however, I think it was situated in a good location and easy access. The balcony overlooked the pool and spa. I didn't get to use other facilities. We enjoyed our short stay. Forgot photo of outdoor. Oops.

Disliked the headboard on the bed, wobbled, possibly broken as wall marks were patched up. Did not affect sleep. The dryer works, I noticed why it had rusts in regards to the leak from drying wet clothing (humidity would not dry clothes outdoors), the couch could possibly use a good clean, had minor food stains/prints, was somewhat comfy. The price range for 2 nights could probably be less than expected of the condition. Patio/balcony, be aware when aircon is on, as the water outlets onto the patio, I almost did the splits from small spill. I was able to avoid slipping.

nothing i didn’t like i’ll stay again

We liked the location, the rooms were clean and cosy. All staff that we met were very helpful. The hot spa outside was very enjoyable. We also liked the BBQ facilities outside.

There were some building works going on next door, starting at around 6.30am, but as we are early risers, that was something that didn't really worry us.

Was good to stay was very comfortable warm and aircon worked awesome when it was too hot great views from the balcony we were in room 13 with sea view thank you so much we will be back

Didn’t like that we had to supply our own toilet paper and sugar and coffee that’s a bit much being we are on holidays I understand supplying own milk and food but others is just silly

Property was very clean and affordable, staff were polite and professional. Very good space, location and amenities for the price.

The freezer was almost unusable, it needs to be defrosted. The filter on the dryer had clearly not been cleaned for a very very long time despite it saying to clean it after each use. Access to the carpark is a little difficult but not terrible

Peaceful and a very good location.

A little more attention should be paid to the cleaning of the oven and cooker hood ( Unit 15), they were very greasy. The net curtains in the lounge need washing. The bedroom curtains need rehanging as they were difficult to use properly.
