The view was incredible, and the apartment is right in the Main Street close to all the action. Woolworths is right underneath the complex so shopping was easy. It’s a fully self contained unit which allowed us to not eat out as much. The spa bath is amazing! The room is very spacious. Reception staff were super friendly and easy to deal with too.

The beds are quite uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. The directions you get to park in the residential car park could be updated - it was difficult to find the first time (especially at night time when the streets were busy)

The spa and baths in the room, the view was beautiful and the location absolutely impeccable.

The only thing we didn’t like were the lounges - they are reclining lounges that didn’t have power with a sign up saying the recliners do not recline. Do you know how uncomfortable a reclining chair thats meant to recline, that doesn’t recline is? Not conducive to a relaxing vacation, especially given the price.

Close proximity to all Surfers has to offer. Spacious. 3 Bathrooms. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, tram.

Despite all instructions provided, Carpark Entrances were missed and signage was not clear to indicate where to turn to enter next level so we found ourselves going around the block and in circles within the carpark a couple of times. Old Carpet in Private Apartment hallways and dirty flooring around lift area lets the image of the place down considering the apartment was well maintained and quite nice. Floorboards or Tiles would upgrade the Private Apartment area plenty as it currently looks like old Office Suites turned into apartments. A little styling and some green plants would go a long way.

The cups some plates forks were not clean the dish washer wasnt working keep beeping needed rise aid refulled. The hoilday hoilday lady we had to talk to was rude needs to learn people skills. The lock box place to pick up when arriving is annoying to far to locate it took me 30mins to run around to find it needs to be closer to the hotel. But that didnt stop us from enjoying our beautiful hoilday as its a perfect spot walking distance best veiws surfers. Nga Mihi

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!! - The apartment was large and beautifully decorated. Comfortable lounge suites and a outdoor table that accommodated the five of us easily. The views and location - insane.. The "fold out" extra bed was a full size single mattress which was an incredibly pleasant surprise. Everything was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I can only speak for our apartment, which was on the 25th floor, but we were thrilled.

This is no ones fault at all, but just to let other travelers know... finding your assigned car park can be tricky, just stay calm, be patient and you will be an expert in no time! - it was great to have a designated spot.

Holiday holiday ! You would expect when you’re checking into a hotel that the key is available at the hotel not a different location. You would also expect two keys not one and the other in the room.. bond takes 10 days to be refunded, I’m still waiting. Key fob had no access to level four. Check out had to return the keys to a different location, true pain in the arse, when all you wanna do is head home.

Staff were amazing! Friendly, professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment we stayed in was fresh, clean, modern and well thought out. Incredible views, great kitchen facilities (not that we really used it) and a nice big space to accommodate various family, couples or a group. Indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and steam rooms, brilliant arcade/games room complete with a pool table means there is something for everyone. We will definitely be back and recommend to all *****

View was amazing! Beds were comfortable. Location was so good being in the heart of surfers.

The booking listed we had use of the jacuzzi, but we did not. We stayed on level 51 in the 3 bdr apartment and the woman above us was waking us up talking so loud on her balcony super early EVERY morning!! Arcade room was a bit dodgy with some games taking our money but not working. Parking confused us because the pillar was YELLOW, not orange like it stated, so it took us a while to realise thats where we needed to go.

Convenient location

Air conditioning in master bedroom didn’t work, even with using the bedroom/living switch. Mentioned to receptionist and told it does work and it needed time to cool the area. Wasn’t impressed as it was on each night of the stay and I was the one feeling no air conditioning.

Great location, kitchen was wonderful, washer and dryer was very handy. It was affordable, clean and convenient.

It was hard to find the check in office. We had to call 3-4 times to find out where to park and how to find the office. The staff were friendly and helpful.
