Great accommodation on a budget. Rooms are very dated, but also very spacious. Don't book here if you are looking for something to compare to the luxury 4-5 star hotels in the middle of Surfers Paradise, but if you are happy with a bed to sleep in, space to move in, a pool and spa, this will easily do the job. Right across the road from the lovely Broadwater parklands which has great playgrounds for kids.

Nothing - Everything I experienced was in line with expectations to the price I paid for this apartment. Facilities are a little dated, but not a deal breaker.

Convenient location for access to Gold Coast Aquatic centre and World lifesaving Championships. Australia Fair mall and Tram were close by to access all we needed. Large rooms and space for 2 people. Weekly housekeeping to change bed linens and provide fresh towels was appreciated. On site washer/dryer was really good. We felt safe and secure at all times. Beautiful view from balcony; hot tub and pool were really awesome!

Some lights don’t work -maybe bulbs are burned out? We could not get oven to work and no instructions to help us. Fan and light over stove top did not work. Noisy at night with traffic outside racing on the road.

The Location was superb as the family watched all the New Years Eve fireworks which were right around the unit we were staying. The Pool was lovely and the Spa was terrific. The unit is handy to Australia Fair Shopping and a couple of clubs all within walking distance as well as Take away food.

Nothing all was good I had to replace the fan batteries in the main bedroom but that was not a problem. My daughter would have liked Air Con in the main bedroom but it is only in the living area but we managed without.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great views from modern, updated unit. Good easy to access parking. Great to have WiFi, Netflix, Stan, YouTube, etc.

There was a TV in lounge and 2nd bedroom but not in main bedroom. It's not that I didn't like it I just found it unusual.

Our apartment was wonderful. A lot bigger than I expected it to be. Spacious, clean, tidy and the most amazing views from the balcony as well as the bedroom balcony! The apartment was modern and fresh, I absolutely loved the flooring in the bedrooms and bathrooms! There was everything we needed for 9 days. A 10 minute walk to the trams, buses and shopping centre. Communication with Ganny prior to our stay was great. A suggestion- We arrived after hours and received our keys in the lockbox, but we couldn't work out how to get into the building. Perhaps some information on the paper we received with the keys would be great. Another resident arrived and showed us how to get in. The pool and hot tub were ideal to cool down in the evenings and were clean and tidy. Vending machine on the ground floor came in handy for some cold drinks and snacks! Would happily stay again.

Good location but quite noisy with the main highway outside so not always comfortable to sit on balcony. Good views. Quite well equipped. Lovely walks over the road along the Boardwater. Within walking distance of shopping centre, Australia Fair.

Older style building and furniture a bit tired and stained. Felt overlooked by the very tall new modern high rise right built right next door.

1st appearances "Very Nice" and the room, view & experience was great. Didn't see/ meet any of the staff but I did have some good results on the phone.

Finding the reception and parking entrances. I'm not familiar with the area but we managed. A car was in my allocated parking bay, but the after hours service directed me to another bay, all sorted.

Great location to sports facilities and shopping and entertainment heated spa and pool was enjoyed after sporting event each day and having a washing machine/dryer in apartment was great to wash sports outfit every day a full sized kitchen and equipment meant we could cook somethings instead of dining out

The nicest apartment I've stayed at since a while. Good location. Direct access to the backyard and garden area. Hot water pool they call spa. Kitchen. Paintings on the walls. Tennis+basketball court.

WiFi router warks on WiFi 6 only; my older laptop didn't see it. The dryer wasn't working.
