This hotel is as advertised as 1.2k walk to centre. The walk is fine on way in as it’s all down hill but returning is harder, you need to be fit. In general you need to stamina to get around Lisbon as a lot of hills & walking. All the designer stores are in the area and it’s beside the famous Jardim Botanico Ajuda boosting fabulous views of the city. The rooms are nice & clean. If you are a light sleeper the noise outside will certainly be a problem with the traffic and the planes flying over.

The lighting in bedroom could have been much better. Good light in bathroom but not always possible to use when other person showering. The staff weren’t that friendly but it may have been a language barrier, not sure. Very small reception area.

Great location for those who prefer to stay a quieter area, yet 15-20 min walk to busy areas. There are a number of good cafes and restaurants around if you dont feel like going to the busy streets.

I felt the hotel offers basic service. For example I did not have a coffee machine in my room. Neither there was a machine in the Lounge. The staff isnt as friendly as you would expect from 4 stars hotels.

The location felt safe, with great transport links. We were upgraded to a studio, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, staff were polite. We didn't have breakfast and didn't access the restaurant, but there is a lounge area (top floor) which could be used to hang out or even do some work. All in all, we were happy with our choice and would certainly recommend it.

We felt that stronger lighting was needed at times and that some finishings were not to the standard we would expect of a 4-star hotel, but none of that affected our stay and experience.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and quick to address any issues or questions. The hotel is in a safe area close to the subway system and is just a short walk from several interesting locations. Upon arrival, we received an upgrade to a larger and better room.

I would prefer an espresso maker in the room over a tea kettle. The shower temperature fluctuates between hot and cold, regardless of the selected temperature. While a lower temperature setting may prevent scalding, it can also result in chilly bursts of water every few seconds, which is not very enjoyable. I would also appreciate iOS/Mac-compatible streaming on the room's TV (currently, it is only compatible with Android and Windows).

The room was spacious and clean. We had a small kitchenette, which was well equipped with basic essentials. I was pleasantly surprised that there was even a small cleaning kit with dish soap and a brand new sponge. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There are many restaurants and cafes around. It is just about 20 minutes' walk to the centre. There are various stops for public transport very close, both buses and metro. We loved our stay.

All was ok. If I had to comment on something.. the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and the location is perfect. There is access to the bus and metro within walking distance and has great shops and restaurants nearby! Our room was lovely, spacious we had two balconies and the bathroom was immaculate. We were given 2 upgrades completely free of charge! With a special mention to Sebastina, Patrica and Sara who had exceptional service with a very walk welcome and great recommendations! The breakfast available is also a great price with a wide selection. Would recommend to any couple or family looking to stay.

The Junior Suite was a nice size room for a family of 4. Our 2 teenage daughters found the sofa bed comfortable. The foyer is especially nice and rooms are nicely done and modern, the balcony was a nice feature. For the cost the the standard of room is pretty good.

Shower has a mind of its own and the temperature goes up and down for no reason. The location is around 25 minutes walk from the main sightseeing areas, it’s a nice walk though. Ubers are very cheap though, and you can get to the main square for 5-6 euros

And we specially asked for nice views it before our arrival. Both rooms were super clean. The girls at the front desk were not so friendly and the girl that did the check-in way extreme slow. The rest of the people very nice. The lobby is way too small so when there are more than 3 people is chaos. But they have a very nice living room in the rooftop to rest.

Room was very comfortable, and staff were hospitable as always. suite with kitchenette was useful with the crockery/ cutlery / utensils + washing supplies

everyday after room cleaning, the staff should replace exactly what they took. If they took 3 towels, they should replace 3 towels. so had to call everyday to replace the deficit. also replace the coffee/ tea / milk sachets respectively. for 3+ people you need to put more than 1 bottle for drinking water.

Everything was in a central location, the hotel was beautiful, clean and modern. The staff were also exceptional! I did pay 16 euro's for breakfast, but that was okay. The room I was provided was on a top floor and had a wonderful view and was always clean....even when I didn't leave until the afternoon. Everything I needed was in the room. The room service was just the right amount of food or drinks you would need in a room service menu.

Additional mini-bar items would have been nice, but they give you water, tea, and coffee with a mini-fridge.
