Metro noise but that's not really their fault, and the windows are quite well sealed when closed.

good solid hotel for a few nights in Lisbon. The location is really good due to both the metro and a supermarket right next to the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel breakfast really good

The breakfast offering was excellent. My wife is ceoliac so needs a gluten free diet, and the hotel was able to oblige.

For a three star Hotel in the capital city of Portugal, Travel Park Hotel ticked a lot of my boxes. The bedroom was spacious and pleasing to the eye. Even had a bath tub which I prefer. The decor is quite interesting with marbled hints of Art Deco. Particularly enjoyed my breakfast. Scrambled eggs and the bacon was cooked just the way I liked it, unlike some places I have stayed in. There was enough choice and importantly did not feel squashed in with other fellow guests. Found all staff professional, pleasant and courteous. Hotel is situated in one of the main Avenue arteries called Avenida Almirante Reis. There is a tube station "Anjos" very near and a Auchan supermarket next door. There is even an underground parking facility. The central Air conditioner was easy to use. Outside was touching 33 degrees. I could lower the bedroom temperature to a pleasing cool 16 degrees. Did not hear any sound bleed from my neighbouring fellow guests. Pleasantly surprised and definitely return to this Hotel. I would rate the Hotel 9.5

Classic breakfast with eggs, ham, cheese and traditional Portuguese cookies. All prepared very professionally. Room super clean and cleaned every day. Location is good, some 15 minutes of walk from city center and very close to the metro station. Enough bars around and some exceptional restaurants within 5 minute walk. Supermarket literally next door.

Hotel is basically built above metro line, so you will hear every train and feel a little shaking, but you get used to it. The staff, while absolutely professional, could have some empathy or be a little more communicative.

An enjoyable breakfast.

There was nothing to dislike.

We liked the big comfy room, the breakfast was good, and varied from day to day. It is within walking distance from Baixa, but also other areas. There is a metro station nearby, but we did not use that. There is a supermaket glued to the hotel, which is very convenient.

We did not like the area too much, as you can see some homeless people, and people living in tents. This said, though, nothing bad happened during our stay. Another thing, was that you could hear noise coming from the nearby rooms.

I liked everything about this hotel: it’s clean, breakfast was delicious (they even had the Portuguese sweets - pastel de nata), the staff was really helpful, especially Jessica (evening shift receptionist) - she helped us to get to the center and explained everything on how metro works and she helped us to get easily to the airport. She was very kind and nice.

Me and my husband liked everything about this hotel. It’s 30-minutes walk to Alfama and Bairro Alto. 2 min walk to metro. The hotel room was very clean, they even provided us with a kettle and cups with tea. They allowed us to stay in the hotel lobby since we had a late flight. We ordered some drinks and enjoyed our time before we headed to the airport.

The room was very comfortable and there was a great selection of food both hot and cold food for breakfast. The hotel is only 30 yards from a metro station. The lounge is quite small but very nice to have a relaxing drink or meal to end the day. The reception staff were very helpful and it was just a 20 minute walk into the centre of Lisbon

Nothing major and this point could be said about most hotels. Why is the there only 3 or 4 clothes hangers in wardrobes. These items are not expensive.
