Love the apartment! Beautiful spacious corner apartment with a lot of direct sun light through big windows yet quiet and relaxing modern space in the heart of Old Town. No wonder I keep coming back and booking it again and again each time I go to Alicante :) So far Eurostar managed to always to secure apt 4A for me, upon my special request, which is fantastic!

Apartment has no coffee machine and being a coffee lover, I found it little bit frustrating after few days of going downstairs in PJs to grab my cup of coffee. Would be great to see a small coffee maker in the kitchen area in the future to enjoy fresh coffee in the morning.

THE APPARTMENT LACKED SOME KITCHEN TOOLS SUCH AS COFFIE MACHINE, WHICH WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE CONSIDERING THAT THAT IS THE WHOLE PERPOSE OF THE APPARTMENT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE BREAKFAST OR LUNCH THERE. THERE WAS ONLY 1 CUP FOR TEA, ETC

Very modern, clean and spacious apartment The apartment is stylishly furnished, spotless, and very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped – including an nespresso machine – and we even had a small balcony. A nice touch was the starter kit with a brand-new sponge, wipes, towel, and dish soap, which you rarely get in holiday rentals. The building has been renovated and has an elevator. The location couldn’t be better: just 300 meters from the port and right in the heart of the old town. Despite being in such a central area, the windows are well insulated, so it was quiet inside. Right across the street, there’s a lovely and inexpensive café serving freshly roasted coffee, baked goods, and juices at very reasonable prices. Supermarkets are also nearby. Check-in was quick and easy at the Eurostar Hotel around the corner, where guests are even allowed to use the gym.

It is a bit loud when the housekeeping cleaned other apartments in the house, I used earplugs. Water pressure could be better.

No breakfast

Not enough towels. More toilet paper, paper towels and some laundry detergent should have been provided. Have not received notice that deposit was returned

We are happy about the soundproof windows. The accommodations were nice and modern. We were in the perfect location near all the good restaurants and shopping. The cafe directly across from us was really yummy. We walked everywhere and felt safe. Very nice city to visit.

I wish there was another TV in the room and I wish the bed was King size. The bed was comfy just a little to cozy for us too tall people.

Great location, very stylish , Problem with induction hob, fixed very quickly

4 very small glasses, and when asked at the hotel reception about wine glasses or anything larger, was told we only check in the apartments.

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect central place. Great shower, great lighting and great finish all round. Spotlessly clean apartment, the entrance from the street and even the lift all well looked after.

Some odd smells as others mention, but not too bad and comes and goes. Could provide more towels.

The apartment is nice and cosy, very clean and looks quite spacious, the bed and the pillows were comfortable and I slept very well. I liked the many sources of ambient light, and four windows with small balconies. We reported that the sofa was ill-assembled to the reception desk and it was fixed in no time. Very close to the beach and city centre and the castle, a lot of places to eat/have a drink nearby.

The water tank is not particularly large so you have to hurry when taking shower. Also, the shower cabin is not deep enough so the water spills out to the bathroom floor. But there’s a mop so not a big deal. The place is really nice, anyway!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfy. There was everything in the kitchen we needed, including a kettle. The living room was lovely and light with tall windows. Decor was very modern. The property is in a great position, quite near the beach and lots of restaurants. It wasn't noisy as we were on the 3rd floor. There is a safe in the bedroom wardrobe.

Unfortunately the way the cupboards were fitted in the kitchen, my husband kept banging his head. The reason for this was that the upper cupboards were the same depth as the lower cupboards. So every time he went to the sink and bent over to wash up or turn on the tap, he banged his head. Because I am not as tall as my husband, it wasn't a problem for me (I'm 5' 4") as the cupboards were quite high up on the wall, so I missed them when I was at the sink. It is such a shame as I loved everything else about the property. We were hoping to find somewhere to visit frequently but this has put us off staying here again :(

We had the Attic apartment with a huge terrace, and we were very happy with it, it was spacious, modern, had everything you need and more. The location was great, right in the middle of everything, couple of mins walk to the seaside, and couple of mins from the entrance to the castle and near all the good restaurants. Beautiful view of the castle from the balcony.

The bathroom design was not great, the base is not deep enough so the water goes everywhere anytime you're using it. I imagine it's not an easy fix as it would require to rip it all out. Wouldn't stop us coming back though.
