It was accessible to shops, restuarants and train. airport was minutes away.

they had an ongoing construction that starts very early. Our room doesnt have good sound protection

The staff were lovely and helped us unpack our bags from the taxi and carried them all to our room where they unloaded them all for us. They always acknowledged you when leaving for the day and coming back. Location was so good. Very quick 5-7min walk to mall with lots of food places and a supermarket which was open til midnight. Also very quick to walk to the train stations and bus stops. My son loved our room as he could see from the balcony all the trains going back through central station! We had a washing machine and dryer in our 2 bedroom apartment and a bathroom as well as an ensuite. A small box of milk was left in our fridge everyday. It just had everything we could possibly need!

Great location near shops, restaurants/pubs, and public transportation. My wife and I rented a one-bedroom apartment, but we were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment (with two bathrooms). We found the setup very comfortable throughout our four-night stay. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly.

During our June 2024 stay, there was construction site next door to the hotel, so the hotel was NOISY during the daytime. No construction noise at night. Construction noise is beyond the control of the hotel staff, but we teased them about it anyway ... they received our abuse with good humor. :-D

The facilities in the room were comprehensive, and good quality. There were multiple spaces in the room for us to spend downtime together or separately, and when friends visited us there was plenty of space; it did not feel crowded. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to Central station and various restaurants and Oxford St. I’d love to have had laundry facilities in the room, but that’s about the only thing I’d change.

There was a bit of construction nearby (not sure if it was in a nearby building or on the street) which added some noise during the day.

We chose Zara apartments for the excellent location as we didn't want to hire a car and it didn't disappoint. We were able to comfortably walk to the Museum, NSW Art Gallery, Botanical Gardens, Darlinghurst and Chinatown. Museum train station was also a short walk and only two stations from Circular Quay. There are many options nearby for meals, from grocery shops to takeaway to very good restaurants, all within walking distance. The price was competitive with other similar accommodation in the area we wanted. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated this. We highly recommend Zara apartments.

Walking distance to CBD area (10mins) and 5mins away from closest train station. The room was exceptionally clean. Impressed everything was controlled electronically through an IPad. Staffs were very polite and accommodated our needs. You can also store luggage after check out

Perfect location & an easy walk from central train station and walking distance to everything else in Sydney, the room was exceptionally spacious, had everything we needed and wanted and much more, was very clean, was absolutely perfect and I will definitely stay there again

We stayed in the Luxury Suite - The location was perfect for us, everything was either a quick walk or 2 minute drive away. The airport was the longest we had to travel anywhere by car. the staff are super helpful and friendly, they have options for you to have groceries ready in the room for you and you can choose your own type of pillow. The place also had proper amenities in the kitchen that weren't just your usual quick and cheap hotel stuff. They restock for you and even have a third party laundry system. Me and my partner also enjoyed the gym as its not fancy but it has all the right stuff. The apartment itself was so comfortable and had scene setting lighting which we loved. My partner appreciated the design touches all throughout this place, and he never usually likes staying in hotels.

Sometimes the shower would phase in and out from warm to hot, even if we had nothing else running in the apartment. The toilet also clogged a few times completely randomly. The laundry system wasn't stated until it was too late, also since you'll be sending your clothes away youll have to plan it a day ahead.

The hotel rooms had a good atmosphere and were well-designed. The in-room amenities were complete, and the bed was comfortable and suitable. In terms of room comfort and the hotel’s location in the city, I think it’s a very good hotel. The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, were very friendly and helpful. There were only a few points that, in my opinion, were not bothersome, but might be important for some people: The hotel lobby is not attractive. The rooms are much better and more beautifully designed than the lobby. Also, there are no breakfast or dining options available at the hotel

Location was excellent, very easy access to public transportation (which you can tap and pay with your credit card, no need to buy an Opal card). Darling Harbour was close enough to walk to and Sydney Harbour was 2 train stops away. Also close to restaurants and a Coles supermarket. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed - all kitchen basics, including coffee and tea, full size fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Washer and dryer were very convenient and used almost daily by our family of 4. There were pots, pans and dishes for our light cooking. Cleaning crew was amazing - they serviced the apartment fully everyday and even emptied the dishwasher for us, which was a lovely surprise. Bonus: there are electrical outlets everywhere in the apartment. Just remember to bring a plug adaptor depending on where you are coming from. I would definitely stay again and I will be recommending Zara to all family and friends.

Nothing worth noting, we really enjoyed our stay.
