Excellent location near the old town, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare your own meals. Self check-in and check-out are convenient, and the host provides a helpful webpage with all the necessary information, access codes, and instructions.

During our stay, it was quite hot outside, and the room was also very warm. There were two air conditioners that helped cool the space, but they made the air quite dry. At night, keeping the windows open wasn't an option due to the noise from the street below (we stayed on the 5th floor), so we had to use the ACs. Earplugs were provided, which was a nice touch.

This is cosy and clean apartment, I have no complaints. The only downside is that it is quite noisy if you sleep with the windows open (although the owners kindly leave earplugs for guests). But the cleanliness and ideal location make this apartment attractive. The only wish is that it would be nice to leave a bottle of oil, a pack of salt, some spices etc in the kitchen, that is, a minimum of basic products that allow guests to cook their own breakfast or lunch. Of course, there are many restaurants in Kazimierz, but sometimes you want to cook something yourself and not go anywhere.

Lovely apartment with all we needed for a long weekend. Close to lots of history, things to do, amazing food and bars. Good public transport links and easy walking distances to most of the popular areas.

The only thing I didn’t like and it’s minor were the pillows were very soft and a bath sheet for the shower as the bath towels were not big enough for my husband or myself. The other thing is it gets a bit noisy late at night, with people partying outside. It didn’t bother us but might others.

The location was great, everything walking distance. Excellent restaurants for breakfast / lunch and dinner a stones throw away. Very clean apartment, comfy king size bed, very nice large ish shower room and great facilities. Quick to respond to emails and early check-in to accommodate us was brilliant. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Only negative I have to say was the sofa bed and pillows. Paid the extra fee to upgrade the room from a superior to a deluxe , which was lovely and much bigger. However the sofa bed was totally dipped in the middle which was impossible to sleep on comfortably. So we put it back to a sofa for my 13 Yr old to sleep on. It was better than being a bed but not great.

Apartment was about a 10-15min walk to old town. Close to bars, resturants and grocery store. Maximum 10min walk to station. Washing machine and clother airer, air conditioner/heating and basic cooking equiptment for small meals for two people. Check in was completed via phone and door code, very easy. Lift to room.

Mould on ceiling in bathroom. Apartment was above a bar and night life street. Stayed on level 2 and hearing people walking up and down the street talking, No loud music. Ear plugs were provided.

Very well situated to access restaurants and bars as well as gaining access to other locations. Very clean and soap/dish washing cloth, washing capsule (very handy if needed) couple of coffee pods for nesspresso machine for arrival. Access was well explained and easy. Host quick to reply to any queries and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this. Wonderful stay all round.

Was a little noisy but only to be expected and host even provided ear plugs for that!

Great location. Well equipped clean and warm apartment. Super comfortable bed. Nice fully equipped shower room with a decent sized shower cubicle. Good value when compared to a comparable quality hotel room.

We struggled to gain entry to the building on arrival. The building is unmanned so the issue had to be resolved over the phone. The girl we had to speak to was not blessed with a high level of customer engagement skill. Nonetheless we were able to gain access with her support and had no issues thereafter.

Nice size room with a kitchenette and washing machine. Also the breakfast at a nearby hotel was very good. Location was very nice, beautiful area around, with lots of bars and restaurants and a small square close. Entry to the building with a code and safe room door.

The room had an air ventilation that was really loud but we contacted them and they told us how to turn it off. The room was really warm and we didn’t manage to turn the heating off. Also during the weekend there is noise from the street and bars around.

The apartment was really nice, location was perfect, easy to walk to all main tourist attractions, the room was really nice and specious, breakfast super nice as well. Highly recommended.

I booked the stay for a family member and didn't see the notification with all the info I received from the hotel. When the guests arrived, instead of calling me, she called the hotel. She basically thought we didn't receive the details related to parking options, breakfast etc. It was nobody's fault that the misunderstanding happened but I think that you should always be kind and helpful, even if the guest missed some correspondence and feels like there was some missing information. The person on the phone was unfriendly which ruined my family's first impression when they arrived. Thankfully, the rest of the stay was good.

The room was a good size with everything needed. Nicely designed and modern feel. The Kitchen although not used, was well equipped. Towels and Robes were a nice touch. Everything was very clean.

The fittings although modern looking are very tired. The loo roll holder was hanging off the wall, there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the bathroom door handle was also hanging off. It was very noisy: The walls are very thin, you could hear every sound from the rooms (every sound!).There is a bar below the apartments and the windows are also quite thin which means you could hear the street quite easily with the windows shut Although not the hotel's fault, we were awoken one night by a group of drunk men shouting and banging on every door on the floor and singing in the corridor. This went on for hours, so we didn't sleep.
