Location, Location, Location! This place, centered in Trastevere is right in the sweet spot. Most of the main Roma attractions are within walking distance. For us, that is 2-2.5 miles. We also like to walk in order to see and explore more. Cafes, restaurants, and local markets are all within a few steps from the property. Some of them very good I might add. Both the owner and housekeeper were very kind. We ran into some issues at the beginning, but a quick can had things resolved within 24 hours. I could have not asked for more than that. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom sizeable and clean, and plenty of room to Pack your belongings away during your interim stay. We were there for 8 nights and would definitely return.

The window coverings were a bit used and did not close without exposing some light. That is just something small that could easily be fixed. Just needs a little attention. Kitchen is available for making coffee and boiling water, basis stuff. It is not a fully operational kitchen.

We booked the room for a quick night in Rome and were super happy that we picked this property. The room was big and clean and comfortable. There was shampoo, conditioner, soap and a blow dryer. (which I didn’t expect) The bathroom was huge and the shower was great. Angelo was super helpful and answered my questions immediately. He contacted me to ask when I wanted to check in and kept in contact with me until we arrived. The location is fantastic. I got a great night’s sleep, it was very quiet. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

I loved everything about the properly except the small shower. Location is amazing. It’s an apartment complex you gain access through using a key or via the app. Unit was great. Clean and comfy. Although you do share a kitchen with the other unit it was fine because I never used it. Only issue I had was the small shower. I couldn’t shower comfortably and the shower head didn’t adjust. Location, cleanliness, comfort everything else was excellent.

This place is essentially a flat within a residential building that has been converted into two rooms for rent, each with ensuite. My husband and I stayed in one room and two friends stayed in the other so we had the whole place to ourselves which was great. Even if we hadn't, the space is good enough to enjoy just one room as well. Air con was good, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. There is also a lift in the building making it really easy to get bags up to the flat. David was incredibly helpful over Whatsapp and in person.

loved staying right in Trastevere. Busy at night but without all the noise of Rome central. We had a little difficulty figuring out how to get in but we messaged the, and got immediate help. We had a shared kitchen area where we could use the fridge and there was a coffee maker. The room was good for 3 adults. The full-size bed was comfortable. Our adult son slept on the single and it was not comfortable but he discovered on the 2nd night in the middle of the night that the mattress had been flipped over. ?? He flipped it right side up and that improved it. He’s 6’3” so it would probably be fine for someone a bit smaller.

We stayed at this property last year and have returned again. It a great apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator. The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was modern, large, clean. and has a great shower. Plenty of storage space. It is located in the Trastevere neighborhood, a five minute walk to Viale di Trastevere and the Ponte di Garibaldi bridge. A quiet safe neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. There is a kitchen/dinning area shared by two apartments. Check in and out very easy. Wifi great.

Our apartment was very nice, clean and big. It had all equipment needed and shared kitchen. Easy check in and quick contact with a host in case of any need. Nice location to visit the city :)

Quite noisy at night from street side.

Location is perfect and was easy to find. We had triple room booked and honestly I didn't expect it to be so spacious, loved to have kitchen to make coffee whilst getting ready to explore Rome. We have already recommended it to our friend's. Lots of little streets with restaurants close by, perfect after a day out exploring Rome and to have restaurants without going to far from accommodation

The location, big room, clean and new looking room, ease of checkin and check out, having the 2 kinds of Italian electricity plugs

For a room for 3, maybe some foldable chairs would've been nice I also couldn't figure out how to use the a/c ... the remote kept turning off before I vould do something

Great location. Close to nice restaurants in the evening. During the day, as we like to walk, we crossed the Tiber to visit all the interesting points of Rome. We bought a 48h Metro ticket but we rarely used it, because everything is so closeby. Also the stay was nice! Rooms are comfortable. Communication with the owners is very accuarte! Housekeeping is perfect. I recommend this stay to people who enjoy city trips with all aspects happening in a big city. David&co...way to go!!!!
