location is excellent, straight onto the rotate slope. ski hire place we’re very helpful and at a fair price. spotlessly clean, rooms were fine and big enough, breakfast was ample, pool was good, as was the steam room and sauna room. had a massage also which was perfect after 5 days on the slopes. staff are friendly also, we’re booking to go back next year

new owners charge 20lev per person per day to use the steam and sauna room, this is excessive in my opinion, and we will only book again if that’s included in our stay

Lovely hotel in a great location with a good ski hire shop underneath hotel - swimming pool really good along with sauna, steam room and spa facilities. We had breakfast in hotel, restaurant good, choice of cold and hot items.

Our room had a very small bath with shower over which we couldn't get working, no shower curtain. Very bad drain smell in the lift all the time.

Ski-in ski-out. Locate right on the slopes & 5 min walk from supermarket, restaurants, ski rentals. Large room, many space to live in, clean, smart TV. There is a storage room for the ski equipment. The heating system was good. The breakfast was good, and everyone found what he liked, after ski there is many games rooms (swimming pool, billiard, ping-pong, etc).

Not all the staff knew English. Sometime if we got to breakfast when they opened (0730), there were still glasses & plates from last night in the lobby tables were we waited to the breakfast to be opened

Location was excellent. Right on the side of the ski slope and very close to all other lifts. All staff were very friendly and helpful except for one member of staff on reception who was abrupt and officious. All other reception staff were lovely. ski hire shop with in the hotel staff were always happy and keen to help. Ski instructors were really good and happy. Hotel was well decorated and the lounge areas are huge with really nice furnishings. Big settees and chairs with lovely soft cushions. Pool was nice.

we booked for 3 nights starting on 24th March 2024 but this was too late in the season as most of the time we were the only ones in the restaurant and nobody in the bar or lounges. No atmosphere which was a shame. Bathroom was very dated and in need or redecorating. Breakfast was not that hot. We paid for half board but the evening meal was certainly not up to standard. We stayed 3 nights and got offered the same food on night 3 as we had on night 1. All courses brought out at the same time so didn't know which to eat first as the main course would have got cold if we had eaten the salad first. One pudding choice or fruit. had to pay extra if you wanted english breakfast tea bags!!!

Ideally situated, away from the noise of the resort.Ski in and out. Our favourite hotel in Borovets.

Still haven't managed to get to pool or spa....Entirely our fault, maybe next time.

All the staff was super helpful and friendly. maintained professional standards throughout our stay and they pulled all the stops to help us with all our requests and needs. The receptionist was always doing her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The Bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and fast. Not to mention that it was great value for money (both the drinks and the food) The spa staff were lovely and the messages were great alone with the steam and sauna rooms. location was perfect just in front of the ski slopes. We stayed at a different hotel for half the period of our ski vacation, however we wished we could have stayed here as the other hotel didn't live up to what they advertised, staff were rude, facilities/ restaurant/ spa was bad value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Breakfast could start earlier (even 30 minutes would be helpful) so we would have enough time to start skiing from the start. But we checked and the other hotels have similar Breakfast times.

Everything we needed (spa, restaurant, laundry, kids club, ski hire/lessons all under one roof) and amazing staff. Breakfast was really good too. Pleasantly surprised. Pictures don’t do it justice, it was a really nice stay.

Location was very good. Nice to have a view of the slopes from our balcony although we did have to pay extra on site for it. Breakfast was average but OK.

Breakfast wasn't the best. No beans most days. But it was ok.

The size of the apartment gives extra value for money. The location is excellent - directly on the slope (require slope view room). The staff was very nice.

The breakfast was not even 1 star grade. Very strange working hours of the swimming pool.
