Location is proximate to the old town and room is spacious. Breakfast was good with large options.

Was bit upset, because hotel picture gives an impression like this stairs lead to a royal hotel. But in fact, it is the green building with modern style. We booked room with double bed, but it was just with two single beds aligned together.

when we arrived they had some issue with the reservation system, so there were no rooms left, so they put us in another Hotel of the same quality, they paid the taxi and of course the other hotel, which it was really nice as well, and then they upgraded our room to a suite for the second night in the correct hotel and didn't charge for parking the car. The staff was always kind and aware because of the issue, I would recommend this hotel 100%

Good location close to the centrum, but not touristy. Quiet area, no car noise, close to a big park and some nice architecture. The room was huge, almost like having a little apartment. Finally a hotel room with enough storage space and hangers to pack out our clothes, hang towels to dry and so on. Bathtub added a little luxury.

There was a strange humming noise from outside, that disturbed a bit during the night when we would have liked to sleep with the windows open. I didn't figure out if it was the building's own ventilation, something from another building or something third. The key cards stopped working at some point, but that was quickly fixed by the staff.

The location was within walking distance of the centre of Vienna, a residential location that was quiet with easy access to Uber Taxi's if required. 15 minutes to the hop on hop off bus (book this through booking. Com as it's cheaper than the kiosk prices). There is a fantastic Turkish cafe as you walk to the town centre called Bistro kafe'de, owned by a lovely lady. Fantastic coffee and Turkish tea and the gorgeous homecooked style Turkish food was exceptional. I understand the comments about the coolness of the receptionists, but they were accomodating, and once they got to know us, they were actually very nice. The rooms are basic but exceptionally clean with a lovely breakfast that sets you up for the day. There is a vending machine with drinks, beer, and prosecco, which were reasonably priced. It is good value for money, not luxurious, but does the job as a base to explore the beautiful city of Vienna. We would return to this hotel.

Limited tea and coffee in the room, but we had read previous comments about this and had brought a supply. There is a nearby spar ( grocery shop) if you are stuck.

The setting for the hotel is lovely and quiet and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for visiting parks, dining, shopping and using public transportation. The breakfast is a beautiful buffet and quite delicious!

The plaster on the bathroom ceiling fell on me and the bed pillows were flat. However, the staff upgraded us to a lovely room and gave us additional pillows for the bed.

We got an upgrade to the superior room and we liked it very much - big sunny room with a lovely view to the garden / park. We also enjoyed the quantity of great nearby places to drink & eat. The hotel is not in the city center but it is in a nice area, and about 20 mins walk to the center. We were traveling to more destinations & countries, and this was definitely the best room we stayed in.

The first time the cleaning left the coffee cups dirty for us to wash ourselves, and the second forgot to provide us coffee packs that we used for our morning coffee.

Excellent location, the property requires some refreshing but is in good condition overall. The staff is friendly and helpful. Compared to previous years, the hotel has lowered its standards. There was no welcome wine and the minibar was empty.

Note for those upgrading their room category: Despite booking a higher standard room on Booking.com, the staff assigns cheaper rooms - you have to insist on the room type you reserved. Parking: Information regarding the opening of the parking gate is located after descending the steep ramp. It informs that you need to reverse your vehicle and report to the reception desk. Please note: Exiting in reverse up the narrow and winding ramp is extremely difficult. It would be advisable to place the information before the ramp to avoid such situations.

Great location next to the picturesque Strudlhof Stairs. Not really in the city center but not too far away. Spacious room, nice breakfast, really quiet room (great!), Bathtub. Enough parking spots around, at least on weekends, but the hotel has a garage, which i didn't use. I have been there a couple of times and would go there anytime again. I think they have also a nice garden for breakfast.

The interior is old fashioned and is not up to current standards. I didn't expect this and it is not a problem, it just feels already a little outdated. I could not find the control unit for the aircondition for like 20 mins. Only on the next day i found out by coincidence, that it's underneath the cover of the heating unit. I saw the instructions for the aircondition there on the wall, but it didn't strike me, that the control unit is hidden.

Comfy beds with mediocre pillows. Big bath, good location with restaurants and markets around. However, cleaning was not top notch, some used glass was not replaced but put back into place. On the checkout day, cleaning staff tried to enter the room while we were still sleeping and then in another hour they tried to enter again (like clean after guests checkout maybe?) Other hotel staff was helpful and nice, limited but delicious breakfast. Overall definitely a good catch for its price.
