I had a splendid overnight — beautiful bed linens, nicely maintained and appointed room. Onsite parking and proximity to sights simply cannot be beat.

Facilities were advertised one way but were quite another. Coffee station was only open during breakfast and seemed overrun. (Packages of wholesale PopTarts — you couldn’t even tell what flavor they were. Like someone got a big box at Costco.) The onsite restaurant was not open during evening; I ate at the bar (meal was fine). What was infuriating was the fact that Hilton does not provide an adequate bar — I was told no cherries, no fruit garnish for 5 cocktail. Beyond ridiculous- skimping on cocktail garnishes? If you close two restaurant/cafes, at least have a fully operating and functioning bar. Everything seemed rather haphazard. Hotel was saved by quality of rooms snd parking and location.

The location is perfect. Also loved the parking deck as opposed to using a valet (although the elevator in deck was broken. Had to lug everything ). The front desk staff was awesome. Very pleasant and friendly.

There were no sheets for the sofa bed (which was full of crumbs) - finally got sheets but there was no blanket. Was told it was in the dryer ? Came back later and they had no blankets ? The coffee maker still had a used pod in it from someone before ?

We liked the chocolate chip cookies. We like that it was within walking distance of some of the things we wanted to see.

The light over the bathroom mirror did not work. The outlets in the bathroom were loose and needed replacement . The outlets next to bed nearest the window need replacement. Not usable at all. For the price we paid, breakfast should be included.

Location was good for events by the water. Easy access for your car

Would not allow me to check in until 3, while others had no problem, claims the room was not ready and wanting me to downgrade. These rooms were ready,there was nobody scrambling around cleaning rooms, I feel that I was not important like they were saving them.

The hostess, Tosha, was amazing. She made checking in fun and was very informative of restaurants and activities. The Shuttle was great and the driver, Carl, was also amazing! He was so funny and a pleasure to hangout with! He's a great driver too!!!

Everything was clean, and the staff was great. We felt the weekend room costs per night was a little on the high side. We were also shocked to pay for parking in the hotel garage.

The staff was top notch. Super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect! Short walk to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Brown’s stadium.

The room was a little “rough”, but not terrible. We always check the mattresses and they were clean. Bathroom floor could have been cleaned better, but again, not terrible.

The location of the hotel is great. The front desk staff were friendly and informative. The shuttle that picked us up after the baseball game is an added plus for sure. Walking distance from the RnR Hall of Fame and the lakefront. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is a little expensive for what it is. If the price was a little lower, the experience would have been perfect.

Staff was OUTSTANDING!! Literally everyone was friendly and helpful. From shuttle driver to housekeeping and service staff.

Public areas and room could use a sprucing up. Elevators for example work great, but wall panels and floors could be updated. Rooms REALLY lacked electrical outlets and very dated and kind of boring. So need updating but still clean and utilitarian, except outlet issue.

Yes it was an old building but they have given it a real facelift! Everything was clean and smelled clean!! The entire hotel staff was friendly.

Well let’s face it the building was older but that’s why you’re not paying top dollar folks! Yes we paid to park in a covered attached garage but name a major city where you don’t pay to park!

shuttle was top tier!!!!!!!!! i loved having that service take me anywhere with in a miles radius!!!! it was perfect made my stay absolutely wonderful!
