We had a lovely stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located, so we had a comfortable walk to the historical centre every day. Our family room for three was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't fancy or overly plentiful, but it was very adequate for a good morning meal. The staff did their best to accommodate our requests and answer our questions, even though their English was limited. We felt welcome and recommend this hotel for those who want to have a good value for their money without sacrificing comfort. The underground garage parking was an excellent feature; we didn't have to worry about the safety of our rental car.

These are really minor issues that didn't spoil our experience in the least. Even though we booked the room for three people, only two sets of towels were provided. But the staff immediately issued us the third set when asked. There were only a few drops of liquid hand soap in the bathroom; it finished very quickly and wasn't replenished. Our door-opening cards didn't work after each cleaning, so we had to ask the staff to give us new ones every day.

Excellent location! The city train station is in 1 min walk, and the train takes you to downtown in 10 min. Large shopping center just across the street, with supermarket and several options for snacks/fast-food. The hotel itself is quite, no noise from the street. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Nice breakfast. Good underground parking (additional €8,5 per night, but that's very fair cost). And amazing mattress and pillow! 🙂 I didn't expect to get such a fine quality and good atmosphere, and now B&B will be my preferable choice for short stay

Everything was fine

Underground parking was a bonus, however it would help if directions to the car park were available. We didn't want to go out the evening we arrived having driven several hours and we were pleased to discover we could have a pizza and a drink in the lounge of the hotel. The guy on reception was extremely accommodating in cooking our pizzas and serving us drinks. The room was good with a view on to the tram stop. Air conditioning was welcome and the bed was comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a real highlight, offering an incredible variety of dishes to suit all tastes, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot, cooked options. The location of the hotel was perfect, 2 min bear the metro 15 min walking to the center

The only downside was an issue with check-in. I had requested early check-in at 1 PM and received confirmation via email. However, when I arrived at 1:30 PM, the receptionist informed me that no rooms would be ready until 2 PM. It was frustrating, as it seemed unlikely that all rooms would be cleaned in just 30 minutes, and I wish they had been more helpful in accommodating us.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough. Fast Wi-Fi. Good AC system, not too strong and very easy to adjust. Underground car park was perfect. Friendly reception. Great breakfast for an additional (quite fair) price. Good position - 20 minutes on foot from old town and near a big shopping centre. Apparently the area is not the safest in Rouen but it felt okay to us. We didn't use it but there is a tram right in front of the hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

We went to the sister hotel Rouen St Severin by mistake. The receptionist on duty there at 7pm was brilliant helping us to our correct hotel. Our correct hotel was clean and comfortable, good shower too. So what we would expect at a budget hotel.

The hotel is not too close to any decent french restaurants. It is close to a large shipping centre which has Asian and fast food outlets.

Underground parking. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent buffet style with hot and cold choices. Access to trams to cathedral, and old Town was excellent.

Access to trunk road system highly disrupted by major roadworks with many unexpected road closures and diversions that were not well signed.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were very comfy and breakfast had plenty of variety to cater everyone's likes. We were close to the town centre and also had shops close by.

It would be great to add a kettle in the room but that would just be a bonus. Can't fault anything else.

We were needed a room for one night, and this room was perfectly satisfactory. The shower was great.

The hairdryer was a little lacking as it would get too hot for you to hold and you would have to dry your hair in shifts. The breakfast was the only disappointing part of the stay, as they had very little to offer and the meat Was gone when we got there and I had to ask if they were going to put any more out. And I think one of the employees actually went and bought some and got back with it just before we left.

I needed a place on short notice and B&B was available. It has standard comfort, no frills but that suited me. I even had a view of the metro stop which was quite interessting to watch. People at the reception were very friendly and I was lucky to find a free parking spot not far away.

I can't complain. Maybe these chains lack individuality.
