Quick access by bus from the train station (bus stop right next to the hotel), comfortable, clean room, large selection of breakfast dishes, In the evening you can order something to drink at the bar at the reception. The center of Siena is about a 3 km walk away (almost the entire way there is a sidewalk), you can also take a bus. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Italians are talking loudly everywhere non stop. The stuff and the guests are all same, forgetting that someone is trying to sleep in the room so the hotel must take actions for this for the comfort of the guests.

The hotel is a bit far away from center. If you come at night you need a car. They dont provide hotel slippers. Another important problem was that the salami at breakfast was always pork. I think there should be options like chicken and meat.

Warm, clean, friendly, helpful. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful and I was grateful if the restaurant arriving late at night exhausted and hungry

The room is large,very clean,the wi-fi is great,the place is quiet,the lady at reception very nice.

The breakfast could have more options,the hotel is pretty far from downtown.
