The room was very big and clean. The staff was nice

When we got there, there was no room in their parking lot so we had to park 15 min walk away from the hotel.

Personnel is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, big choice, and everything tasted good. Secured parking is a plus. Rooms are really big, a bit old but clean.

The room was too cold when we arrived, just 15C. We arrived very late and wanted just to take a shower and sleep, so it wasn't really pleasant, especially for our kid. It would be nice, that room was heated just a bit, e.g. an hour before our arrival.

Nice hotel to stay in Vienna: - next to Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof (station) - 30 min from Vienna Central Station by direct tramway - 15-20 min from city center by direct tramway - spacious room - good breakfast - helpful staff - option to leave luggage

- no power sockets next to the bed, and very few of them overall in the room, which is inconvenient - no ceiling lighting in the room, only wall lamps, so a bit dark to me

The breakfast was excellent. Various high quality items were presented in a very nice setting. The location is excellent. Near the Franz-Joseph train station, both trams and buses visit the location. The Ubahn is very close by. There are very good restaurants in the vicinity of the Hotel. The staff were very kind and they provided free water and candy, maps of Vienna at the concierge. They also kept our luggage until we picked them after the check out.

The temperature of the hot water for tea in the breakfast room can be increased. The choice of teas does not match the coffee!

It's an old-fashion hotel with some modern touches. The position in the city is a bit remote, but it is close to metro [working non-stop], tram and a railway station, with excellent connections. Around one can find a few very useful shops and places to eat or drink. Although the area is quite busy, it is located on a less circulated street, thus little street noise comes inside. There are modern and quiet elevators. The rooms are not very large, but not cramped. In my room there was air-conditioning, separate heating, quite efficient despite the height of the room (more than 4 meters), a tv, minibar, water-boiling-mug, coffee machine [Julius Meinl capsules, better than the usual cofee]; they provided a few tea-bags in various options. The bed was comfy, not too hard, nor soft, mostly elastic. The bathroom is small, but efficient, there are sockets for electric shavers or toothbrushes. Pleasant lighting. Cleaning performed daily. Breakfast was included and it was abundant, with a wide variety of choices, including eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, vegetables, ceareals, cakes, a cooked course (different everyday), butter, margarine, jams, choco-cream, honey, salads, smoked salmon, youghurts, milk [in various options], fruit-juice, tea, coffee [a wide variety]. Just about anything for any taste and option. The breakfast program was also generous, 7-11. Checkout at 11AM is also a good thing. There is also a luggage room for those who need some time before actually leaving. The prices vary greatly with the season - if one comes in a less crowded period, one will find an excellent price for Vienna and the conditions inside.

There is little I found less pleasant. The room was carpeted [a thing that can be up or against one's preferences], but underneath the wood floor squeaked and cracked. Luckily for me, I was at top floor, so nobody above, but I don't think those beneath were very happy. The bathroom had a foul smell, not very strong, but persistent and the fan couldn't cope. The room also retained an unpleasant smell, I needed to air it constantly; luckily the weather was fine and not so cold [in March]. The restaurant works only for breakfast; for the rest of the day another place to eat must be found.

Good location, tram lines are outside. Breakfast was fair, would have liked more cereal selection, porridge option and perhaps veggie sausages as an option but there were other options so not a big deal. I paid for a superior double and it didn’t have a bath, which it should have (hence why I chose it). So beware of that when booking. The reception did put me in a room with a bath in the end but they said it’s only because one was available. I was quite surprised by that as the facilities list is therefore misleading. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Room was clean and spacious , had all the basis. No coffee or tea inside the room but several coffee shops close by with excellent coffee. No iron or iron board so make sure your shirts and suits are well packed. Location is great, just 5min walk from the U4 line which is a direct line to city center. Outstanding customer service - front desk staff was extremely helpful with all our questions and requests and housekeeping was perfect. I was impressed on how promptly they replaced the shower head ( within few hours ) and provided extra hangers when requested! Overall, highly recommended!

1) Location: great accesibility to the public transport network (1 minute from tram station and 5 minutes from the subway) which allows you the acces the city center (in maximum 15-20minutes) 2) Breakfast: a wide variety of products, drinks, deserts 3) Cleaniness: the room was clean, with daily cleanup by the hotel staff. 4) The staff: very politly and willing to help when needed

1) The room was lacking basic amenities for a 4* hotel: the sleepers were provided at request, no ventilation of the bathroom, no bedside sockets (there are only three sockets mounted under the desk, which are difficult to access), there is no water heater so that you can prepare yourself a cup of tea (for example), the minibar (fridge) was empty. 2) Noise: the doors of the room are very low sound-proof and the slamming of the neighbooring doors by the other hotel quests was quite annoying.

-Location is perfect. The tram station is 1 minute and with line D you get to the city center in about 12 minutes. The metro station is about 5 minutes and you get to wherever you want in about 10-15 minutes! Just outside the hotel is a supermarket where you can buy whatever you need, and fast food chains that serves you on a budget. -Hotel: Value for money. You get a cozy room, with perfect heating and noise-proof rooms. You can get your room cleaned every day, what's a huge plus.

-Cleaning: The only thing that we found to be dirty was our toilet. When we checked in we found body hair inside the toilet and we bought cleaning products to clean it for ourselves (We were shy to report this to the management).
