Excellent location, very near to MSP International airport and just a quick ride on the Metro from the Terminals. The Metro stop is also right across the street from the hotel which gives easy access to both Downtown of the Twin Cities and the Mall of America. Very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were very good. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good as was the evening restaurant food with selection of local beer.

My room had some dead insects in the corner by the vent, presumably a result from the recent heat that had been experienced before my stay. This didn't really interfere with anything, as I didn't really go near that area of the room.

This was our first time going to Minnesota. The hotel was really nice and super close to the Mall of America where we were going. Our room was very clean we were a party of 5 and the 3 kids loved the pool. I liked the mirror in the bathroom it had Bluetooth so you can listen to your music. The parking was free. They did charge us $100 a night for incidental but it went back to my card in about 2 days. Also charged for breakfast I think it was $10-20 depending on what you wanted. But overall it was a nice quiet hotel really close to the mall and the price was better than the other hotels nearby I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

It was clean, quiet (the odd plane overhead of course with being close to the airport but I expected that and had white noise on my phone so it was not a problem for me), and really comfortable. I didn’t try the breakfast but the coffee in the morning was really good. The bed and pillows were excellent. The bathroom mirror had this really cool non-fog area which I loved for getting ready. It also had some buttons? I wasn’t sure how the mirror buttons worked, but I’m assuming you could connect your phone somehow and play music. Anyway, the staff were really friendly and helpful too and I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was nice. The staff lets you know about the local area restaurants and their hotel restaurant and bar. The room was clean and well taken care of. The bed is comfortable. They are riggt next to the very super quiet (zero noise) blue line of the light rail which takes you to the Mall of America, the Airport, and down town Minneapolis, you can then connect to the green lime to St Paul if you want to. This is the second time we have stayed here. I can say with confidence we will stay again and recommend this hotel 100%.

The floors in the hotel are hardwood, which makes them cold when you get out of bed, but you know they are way cleaner than carpet, so it is a toss-up. I like clean so maybe not so bad. Just be expected of it, maybe bring slippers if you have cold feet.

The great bartenders , Matt & Henry made the hotel better… & the shuttle guy David made my mobility issues easier. Great hospitality on their behalf.

The ADA room we occupied, the bathroom handle came off & almost made me fall. The tub was really slippery (no anti slip mats available!) & the seat with clamps made no sense outside of curtain?!?!

I like how the property was family oriented there were multiple families that stayed in the hotel. It was very spacious for a family of 5. Staff were very welcoming, the bar was a nice get away from the kids lol. We didn’t make it to the pool but from the looks of it that was the common area for families with kids to relax. The location was perfect as it was less than 2 minutes from mall of America.

The location was walking distance to the light rail system providing easy access to the many attractions in Minneapolis and St. Paul. The shuttle was convenient and breakfast was great.

One of the elevators had problems staying closed; it would re-open itself before moving floors.

Everything. The room was spacious and clean. The general manager was extremely nice and accommodating. The pool wasn’t crowded. Parking was very accesible. Location was quiet. Everything was great.

The only thing would be that the pool had a VERY strong smell of chlorine. My son loved playing in the pool but after 30 minutes we had to leave because of the strong smell as it was too strong for him and my newborn baby as well. Had it not been so strong he could’ve enjoyed the pool much more. Also, breakfast I feel should’ve been included in stay.

I enjoyed our stay altogether. I had no issues or complaints.

The only thing I didn't like as a family of 6 traveling is there wasn't breakfast included in our stay as most times there is and we tend to travel often. I understand that it would cost extra but typically I'd like to think that should be included in our booking cost.
