Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, Surfers Paradise. Cafe & small supermarket across the road. Loved looking at the beach view from the apartment. The apartment we stayed in was gorgeous, very clean & modern.Great pool & spa.

Brilliant location just across a quiet road from the beach. A short walk to numerous restaurants, coffee shops and a shopping center for supplies. Staff were helpful at check-in when we arrived off an early flight and gave us access to our apartment as soon as it was ready. A really enjoyable experience all round.

Excellent location with the beach across the road and takeaway place, bottle shop and dairy across the road. Handy to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The pool and spa area was well utilised by all of us despite it being winter! Such a great roomy set up. The rooms were amazing - plenty of space and really clean and modernised. Kids both had double beds too which was great on Level 9. We loved the view and everything about our unit!

More laundry powder and more dishwasher powder would've been ideal for our 10 day stay considering both appliances were provided. I did ask for some more at the front reception but was given just one.

The location of the property is perfect and ocean views are spectacular! The option of two pools and a spa with varying heats were perfect for a cooler windy day. Checking in and out was simple and the rooms are very spacious.

The room we stayed in had recently been renovated and was lovely and clean and fresh. Loved the full size fridge and that that the kitchen had great amenities (including cheese boards). The pool area was lovely and was cleaned every morning, great size pools and loved that one was heated for a more comfortable swim in the morning when the kids wanted to hit the pool first thing. Location was perfect with a walk across the road to the beach and about a 5-10 minute walk to the tram to get to Surfers Paradise and Cavill Avenue for a dinner and bit of night life

I would love to have more modern bedding like a doona/quilt instead of the older style optional blankets (can be a bit itchy) but that is just nit picking.

Awesome place to stay. Very accommodating and friendly front desk staff. Easy after hours check in. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Gardens and pool were very well maintained. Views were amazing. Location was great. Nice little cafe and takeaway shop (Lola’s) across the road. Bowls club with restaurant also just over the road. Was perfect for our stay and would definitely recommend from our experience here.

Location great, awesome views of the ocean from full width windows across the apartment. Huge apartment with plenty of space and amenities for 4 adults. Fantastic decking for outside living. Across the road from the beach. Close to public transport, trams and buses.

Apartments are privately owned but not necessarily kept up to date with furnishings and maintenance. Had to call maintenance to repair curtain track, kitchen window needs repair, new seating in living area required.

Modern, spacious, comfortable, centrally located. It was one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in.

For one week it cost us over Aus $ 2200, well over the normal asking price that perhaps a local Australian citizen would normally pay. I’m aware of the impact of shortage of accommodation, Covid, bad government, etc etc however. I had to cancel the original booking at another Hotel due to having a very tall son that would not have been comfortable in the usual short Australian Hotel beds of 185 cm. Oceana was the perfect alternative 😁

This was a beautiful beachside property. The room was so spacious and has been updated and maintained well. The outdoor pool was large and welcoming for all families. There was also a linen service and clean mud stay which was surprising and lovely. The staff were friendly and accommodated requests. It is located near Broadbeach Bowling Club and about a 10 minute walk to Oasis mall. It is an older building with those great pools and larger room sizes.
