Location was great for Broadbeach and access to the convention center which was the main reason we went. The accommodation managers were lovely and provided fantastic customer service. Having access to an actual kitchen was also great as it saved us money on meals and if you have children with food sensory issues I can see this being a great benefit as the shopping center with everything you need is only a 15 minute walk away.

Not having a split system in the bedroom and only in the lounge was definitely annoying given the heat and made it hard to sleep. There was also substantial roadworks and construction due to the work being completed on the tram line but that is not the hotels fault. The temperature of the pool was very warm and did not help to cool you down at all which was a bit frustrating at night time.

The heated pool and spa was beautiful. We had great privacy off of the balcony of our apartment and all windows and doors had bug screens. Working wifi. Staff were super friendly. The apartment was well equipped with lots of things to make our stay easier. The location was excellent, as it is very close to the Broadbeach South public transport station.

Could have done with more towels and cloths as we stayed for a week. If not more towels, then more washing powder so we could have washed them more regularly. The fan in the bedroom did not seem to be working to speed, so we had to crank the AC all day to get the room cool enough to sleep in.

Really nice location, calm area but close to the beach and a huge shopping area. Since I’m not a fan of the surfers paradise area this was the best location for relaxation. Best is the pool area! Pool was really nice. Great parking. Nice outdoor at the resort. Nice with laundry. Two bathrooms Nice balcony, we had two.

No air con in the bedroom which made it very hot. Our second bedroom was on the upper floor which was too hot even with the fan. Would have been nice to open the windows but there was no mosquito net. Would be really nice on the upper floor but also in the kids bedroom. The kids bedroom had a mosquito net however there was a big hole which made no sense using it. Could have been a bit cleaner, the fans were dirty and the wardrobe and stairs.

The staff were very friendly and tried to assist with luggage even though there was no elevator. Very close to the tram station and shopping mall. Excellent location. nice laundry and shower.

Ants will go into the apartment. There are two floors in the apartment, but only the living room has air conditioning. It will be a bit stuffy when sleeping at night. It's a pity that there is no lift. Although we already knew that there was no elevator when we made the reservation, we didn't expect that it was on the fourth floor. The key to entering and exiting the community gate is actually not very good, and it takes some practice to open it.

The room was so clean , as I work in construction between Brisbane and Gold Coast , I regularly book at motels up to 3 months , I and annabelle have great connections with the management. Of all our motels that we stay at , we treat the unit like owes , will love to be back soon , good and very professional run , kindest regards haydn and annabelle

If you don't love this resort you must have problems

Location, especially its entrance access with front and back options, easy access to public transport, easy access to shopping, restaurants, other tourist attractions. Managers Dorelle and Marty were very friendly and helpful. They made all transactions and processes very easy. Pool and spa and its availability. Privacy within the location community. Everyone was very polite of their neighbours. Security.

The tramworks that are on the main highway at the front of the building. However in the future these will make the location even better. Despite the works, the night noise was quite minimal as we were at the back of the building.

Location was excellent..close to everything. On check out we left the building at 6am for our early flight and forgot important medicine in the fridge ...no longer having the key Michael the office manager was quick to meet us back in the apartment to let us back in to get our medicine and we've made it to airport on time. Big thanks to Michael!!

Staff were so friendly. Units are a little older but really clean and well maintained. Our room included Apple TV, Netflix etc which was handy.

Found the bed a little uncomfortable but the fold out lounge was perfect for us. Construction next door was noisy but we understand that this is out of the control of management. Car park was very clean but quite low - so if you have a larger car, you might want to check you'll fit in the carpark.

We had a great visit, managers were so helpful. the surrounding of portobello were just great. room fantastic all round great stay. Gardens and pool area looked great. Information about what we could do from the managers was really good, especially booking on line for us, and suggesting things we had not considered.

the resort was clean quiet and very comfortable, the fact it has not lifts did not worry us at all. The rooms very nice and comfy, managers helpful and just a nice home away from home feel. Pool and garden area loverly.

The property was lovely and clean and really well maintained inside and out! The apartment had been recently renovated and had a fresh and modern look. The kitchen was immaculate with modern appliances and ample kitchenware to cover all needs. The bathrooms were clean and fresh with modern amenities. The bed was really comfortable, and the smart TV was a good size for the apartment. We were able to walk to pac fair and the casino and the tram stop was directly across the road. Great location and a great stay!
