I was afraid cause of comments, but the room was quiet and confortable, everything was clean, indeed on the bathtube there was some marks of time, but nothing as comments said. there was a temperature controlling on the wall. And the bed was confortable. I was working some days so wifi was good to work. Stays in between some Metro lines so u can go anywhere walking a 5min to get to metro station.

there are 2 elevator and the day i was there 1 of them didnt open the door, but i wasnt inseide, just took the other one.

Really big rooms (at least mine was)..all clean and really comfortable. Area is fairly quiet at night which was a bonus. The staff could not be more helpful, got some great tips about where to eat locally. far enough out of the centre so your out of the tourist crowds, but the metro is only about 10 mins away...or if your feeling up to it a 35-40 min walk into town, which means you get to see a bit more of Lisbon

Not much at this price - my preference was to be out of the tourist spot, and this fits the bill. Not much in the way of facilities if that's your thing

The location was really good - about 10 min walk by walk to the metro. However, considering how cheap taxis were we just used Bolt. The hotel room was good, there was enough space and there was also a mini fridge. The breakfast at the hotel was good enough as well - kept us almost all day and then we just ate in the evening.

Nothing really

The location is very good, in a safe area, withing a walking distance to some parks, restaurants, hop-on-hop-off main station. The room was big with enough space to place your staff and free walk around furniture. Beds were comfortable. Clearing services are satisfactory. It was very helpful for us that there is an underground parking in a hotel, as parking spaces in Lisbon are limited.

I would suggest management to check cleanness of doors and walls. The door to our room had prints of hands from 10-20 different people (based on print sizes). I also expected that shampoo would be replenished when used out. We had 2 little bottles, like 10 mg, for 2 people for 4 nights stay, and they have not replenished when we used them in full.

The property is in a very good location and taxis are very cheap using bolt. The hotel was very clean and had very good facilities. Breakfast was great quality and good value for money. The pool was clean and reception was very nice.

You have to book the pool and can only use it for one hour a day because there is only 5 loungers. This should be highlighted when booking the hotel.

Felt we were bothering the lady at the frontdesk and we were only checking in..... The young man was more helpful. Breakfast- not much food and slow to fill up. So we ended up only having breakfast at the hotel the first morning. (You are not allowed to put food on the tables in the foyer, even there is a few sitting groups and you can get drinks at the little "bar" at check in. ???? ) Sad to say I will not recommend this hotel.

For the price of this hotel I didn’t expect too much but was pleasantly surprised. Very clean throughout. Beds very comfy. Staff very friendly and spoke good English. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. We walked to main centre on first day and it took about 20 mins. Took Uber back for approx €5 (as it’s all uphill). Also took Uber from airport to hotel which cost €7.50. Metro station btwn 5-10 min walk from hotel. I’d have no hesitation staying here again.

A little bit away from the main centre and it’s an uphill climb from centre to hotel (but the city is built on hills so no escaping them). Pleasant walk though as the streets are all cobbled, cute and interesting.

Value for money is obvious when booking, very substantial breakfast was nice surprise, room lovely, location perfect, near metro, bus stops, mini supermarket opposite, a couple of great restaurants nearby, staff really helpful and friendly. They took in bags when arriving early and also kept in storage for you after checkout which was invaluable and a really nice thing to offer. This meant so much when travelling via early and late flights. Memorable and I will highly recommend to all.

There was a bit of a wrestling match with the shower which meant a wet bathroom floor but not a big problem for me.

The rooms were great and really comfy. The staff always loved the front desk and welcoming. The price was amazing for what you got. The pool was small but booking it meant we always had a chance to use it, it was very relaxing!

Nothing! I'd only say maybe have the pool cleaner. It seemed the filters weren't working too well.

The staff were very kind and always up to help. Felt very comfortable booking to use the swimming pool and getting breakfast. The breakfast was lovely very filling and good variety of option. The pool was small but perfect to sit in and watch the airplanes go past during peak heat.
