We were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and our dog was even offered some welcome biscuits. There was a great lawn area for walking our dog with available "doggie waste stations". The back deck with umbrella tables, a grill and a fire-pit was such an unexpected treat! The free breakfast (with all the typical hotel breakfast items) was tastier than other hotels I've experienced. The room had a larger than usual refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Everything was very clean and the area was quiet and felt safe.

They had a hard time finding my reservation, with Booking.com. They put me in a room, anyways, as the front desk staff and I tried to work out the issues with Booking.com.

I was forced to call Booking.com to try to get some help, checking in. The call cost me almost as much as 2 rooms at this property. I have stopped using Booking.com, since a simple phone call to your support line cost me $200+. I have deleted the app, and never plan on using your services again. But, I will definitely stay at the Quality Inn in Petoskey again.

We were able to bring our dog, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and nice property with lawn for our dog.

It rained and the window seal was not sealed correctly around the frame, water was coming in on the ac unit and carpet

The place is clean, beds are comfy, staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.

The walls aren't super soundproof so if you get a loud snorer next door it can wake you up. Fortunately it's only happened once in many times and they accommodated our room change request.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Breakfast room was well organized and laid out. The breakfast staff worked very efficiently at keeping the coffee pot full and numerous breakfast items supplied. Room was clean and well supplied.

Easy check in ,exceptionally clean room ,free toiletries, free breakfast, friendly staff .No bratty kids running down the hall ,good cable TV 📺.

Breakfast could be improved with maybe some bananas 🍌 or fresh berries and healthier choices .

The hotel was quite clean. And the building is quite spread out. So there are plenty of spaces for parking. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The facilities were a bit old and the room wasn't very sound-proven. There's no elevator but fortunately we stay on the first floor.

Nice location, quite, peaceful. No road noise. Nice breakfast with protein options. We had a newly painted room with beautiful bathroom. Soft sheets!

Dog friendly, but the pets were quiet and well mannered. Not a problem.

Breakfast was really good and there was plenty Gave us a room on 1st floor as asked because we are all senior citizens. Girl that checked us in and one that checked us out were very helpful and nice

The gal at the front desk was so friendly. We thought the puzzle in the lobby and the fire pit outside were nice touches, giving folks something to do outside of their rooms. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, & cookies in the lobby were a really nice surprise. The beds were comfy! The location was perfect for our ski trip. Good place to stay.

I would've loved to have a banana & some raisins for my oatmeal at breakfast.
