Clean, comfortable, and complete (wifi, amenities, climate control, etc). Met or exceeded all expectations. Was perfect for an overnight, and the front desk was staffed for my unusual check-in/check-out times. The front desk attendants were very quick, and knew the answers to all my questions before I even asked. It was refreshing being around North Vancouver scenery for a change. After an exhausting trip, it was nice to just take a shower and flake out without having to worry about anything. I would have liked to have tried the restaurant there, if my travel companions weren't being so picky.

The parking spots were a little tight, or maybe everyone was just driving huge pickups that day. Not a big deal, and honestly out of the hotel's control. At least it was FREE, which is more than I can say for other locations! $160 seemed like a bit much for two double beds mid-week in October, but it seems like prices have shot up everywhere since the pandemic, and it was still the best value I could find within a week's notice.

We were really surprised at the customer focus at reception. We hoped for a quiet and comfortable room. but didn't have very high expectations due to the location on a main road. However, Chris at reception was very helpful and took care to listen to our request and to offer the best room he had available with the proviso that we could change if we didn't agree. The room turned out to be very comfortable. Except for some guests making normal noise outside early in the evening and the running of a shower near us, the room was amazingly quiet. We had the best night's sleep that we had anywhere else in Canada and Washington in the previous week, in hotels that were a lot more expensive.

We didn't have a kettle in the room but one was provided as soon as we requested it.

Stayed at the surestay for 1 night with my partner as we were visiting Cypress mountain. The service from the front desk was welcoming and efficient. The room was equipt with all amenities needed and we had a comfortable nights rest. Thank you.

The room was very cold on arrival. Once we found the thermostat the room temperature was only on 5. We adjusted it and an hour or so later it was at a comfortable temp.

The property was clean and tidy. I’m a smoker so they did have a spot for smoking, yay. Staff was gracious and accommodating. We did need to change rooms and the staff quickly helped us with that.

There were no microwaves in the rooms??? The bathroom window faced a building light that was very bright at night. If we left the window open to get fresh air we had to leave the bathroom door open, so it made the room too bright. Maybe some sort of window covering would have been good?

Pool excellent. DeDutch restaurant food excellent. Staff accommodating. Quick frequent bus across the street connecting to Seabus to Convention Centre where we attended a convention for 4 days. And great connection Waterfront to BC Place a facility of the Convention. Safe parking at hotel during our absences.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was 10 Minutes away from English Bat and Stanley Park. It was nice to be able to get up every day, grad breakfast on the way to visit with my family, and relax on the Beach.

It would have been nice if they had Breakfast included but I would still recommend this Sure Stay Best Western and it is highly likely that I will stay here again in the future.

The staff are exceptional, they made as feel at home on our return to Vancouver. They assisted us with moving our reservation after we were stuck in anchorage due to flight cancellation. No dramas very accommodating, friendly, efficient staff, highly recommend this accommodation, close to the capilano Bridge,

The hotel is located near the Capilano Suspension Bridge as well as being within walking distance to a local shopping centre and numerous restaurants. We appreciated being able to check in early and our room was comfortably furnished. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Being able to have breakfast at De Dutch was a bonus.

We needed a clean safe place to stay near family and this was perfect. The price was low so we didn’t expect a lot but this place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Plus the little restaurant was excellent for breakfast and the service was great all around.

Location is good. Breakfast ok. But wasn't any plain breakfast lol I like plain food I wanted eggs n hashbrowns no onions etc wasn't any so I had French toast.

Ground floor would of been better my husband works hard and stairs aren't that great at end of the day.
