- can sometimes hear the bathroom flush of your neighbor - lamp outlet not working - burnt out bulb - shower handle all the way in and hard to turn on without getting hit with the cold water - great size of bed but mattress was. Not comfortable - the mini split made a lot of. Noise specially since next to bed - no dark out shades

The breakfast was amazing. All the usual hotel continental items, and more. My wife was especially impressed with the "oatmeal bar," which had cooked oatmeal, not the packets, and a big rack of toppings. They also had hot items such as scrambled eggs, O'brien potatoes and sausages, which are sometimes missing at other hotels we've stayed in. We had a great view (if you just ignore a large industrial park next door) of the Camelback and other mountains. We were on the fifth floor, FYI. Granted, there were airliners going overhead, and past our window fairly frequently, but my wife loved watching the planes go by and kept trying to get a photo of one. That said, we could barely hear them, if at all, and they did not disturb us in any way. Lastly, the staff were all great, friendly and helpful, even being quite patient with my wife's pickiness. We would stay there again, and recommend it to others.

The bed was not super comfortable, but I didn't wake up with any unusual aches and pains, just the regular ones. Everything was clean with very little wear and tear, and could not be called luxurious, but not quite run-down either.

We always love this place for location to the Rock and Roll Run. They will also take us to the race if they have time from normal airport run.

The shower door I didn't like. Normally you can slide the door to turn it on. They now have a fixed door where you have to get in or stick your arm in quick and turn it on.

Breakfast was awesome. Lots of varieties to choose from. There was never anything empty. Always filled. If it wasn't, there would be fresh items soon after. Front desk gentleman was super polite and helpful.

Very clean and in great condition. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely would stay here again when I am in the area, it will be my first choice.

Could use a little better breakfast....waffles, omelets, bacon.

The full size toiletries bottles attached to the side of the wall in the shower were in the way and should have been placed at the far end of the tub surround (opposite the shower faucet).

The entire experience in the hotel was great, room clean, a lot of space, the breakfast, the parking, everything was awesome

Someone opened my.door cause they said they smelled fire on the floor...would of liked a chance to open the door myself....it scared me

The family was accommodated in a room with enough space and a place to sleep. It was conveniently near the airport, and they provided an airport shuttle.
