The location was amazing. Super close to the train station so you can get a train directly to Lake Como, plus 10 mins walk from the best park in Milan. The guys and girls on reception were always super friendly and made me feel very welcome.

The room wasn't cleaned/bed wasn't changed/made one time in 3 days. This was pretty weird. I have never stayed somewhere this hasn't happened. I saw cleaners too going into other rooms but they never went into mine. It would be great if this could be changed. Other than that and there only being one bed pillow (I'd prefer 2), my stay was perfect.

Location is amazing. It was clean, kitchen had everything you needed although we didn’t used it. I will definitely save this place for my next visit to Milan. Apartment was extremely small but comfortable, I was stunned how greatly space was used. It also has system of passkey locks so we were able to have late check in.

It is placed in inner part of the building that has outdoor path along whole floor. That means that neighbours who are further from lift need to pass right next to your window and door, so you need to keep them shut for privacy. That wouldn’t be a problem if those aren’t your only source of natural light. This is a minor dislike, all in all it was great! ❤️

I liked that the hotel is literally outside of Cardona train station and Parco Sempione (Castello) . Lots of restaurants around , the room was clean and it was very quiet during the night . The fast check in online was great because instead of doing it in person on the day of your arrival , you just fill up the online form before you travel and then you will receive the codes to get in the property at the time of your supposed check in . The staff was extremely friendly , professional and helpful . If I could advise one thing is to make sure you try your code to get in the hotel as soon as you arrive and when the staff is still there (if you arrive before 9pm) , if you are going back to your room after a night out and no staff is around (after 9pm) . My code to get in the building didn’t work but fortunately a couple who was getting back , let me in , so I was lucky . Overall , I had a very good experience and I will definitely book this hotel again in the future .

For our first time in Milan, we had a great time at this private apartment establishment. The staff were all really nice and answered all of our questions, plus even let us leave our luggage temporarily at the reception, so we could enjoy our time freely until it was time to leave for our flight. The apartment we booked was clean, spacious enough for two people, had an air conditioner, multiple towels and a kitchenette with many other amenities we could use. We really liked the fast online check-in option the property provided beforehand, so our check-in was smooth and the codes we got to enter the room and building were easy to use. Lastly, the location was also perfect for us, because it had many cafes and places to eat around, plus it was 2min from the Cadorna station, which easily connected us with the metro lines across the city and Malpensa Express train for the airport. The wifi also worked pretty well for us, even though we were at the 5th floor.

The boiler in the bathroom was a bit noisy at night and one part of the ceiling at the bed part was a bit too low, so you could bump your head easily if you weren't careful enough. Also, this wasn't necessarily the property's fault, but the apartment next to ours was extremely noisy at night (2-3 am), and we could hear almost everything, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at times.

Nice convenient location near the city centre and also next to the tube station. Helpful staff. Air conditioning/heating was working well and fast. Bathroom, little kitchen corner and the bedsheets were all nice and clean.

I had a single room and I was surprised that there is no window except the glass door, which felt a bit claustrophobic, when I rolled down the blinds for more privacy, as it was facing into a courtyard.

Location perfect. I appreciate that there is an option for sólo travelers. Clean premises, wifi working. Staff responded almost immediately. To access the comfort of beds is a bit misleading cause the bed was soft and i dont prefer very soft beds.

First day/night it was very cold. The airconditioning could not heat the room.

I booked for a bed, not a sofa bed so my stay was really comfortable. Kitchenware and toiletries were available. The room was neat and clean. Location is excellent, 3 min walking distance to metro and 7-15 min walking distance to attractions.

Walls were thin so you could hear voices from next room. I think next room booked a sofa bed, it was squeaking. Beware of bed choices when you book

No stairs to get onto balcony has to climb up. Bed was a little uncomfortable but they were such small things really didn’t make much of a difference or affect our time in milan.

Compact but functional mini apartment in a beautiful and central location. Loved the self check-in and the well equipped and tidy gym. Place was clean, hot air works perfectly, shower and bathroom was great.

Maybe a bit dark/barely any window. Would recommend adding some place to hang towels in the bathroom.

Great location, round the corner from the train station, close to all big tourist highlights. Loads of restaurants and bars close by.

It was very noisy in the apartment, you could literally hear everything, from ppl walking past the apartment, toilets being flushed next door or above, ppl talking in other apartments.
