I came on my own and it was perfect for one person. The room is very compact, but has everything, even a small equipped kitchen, a table and two chairs. The environment is quiet and safe. I arrived by metro from the central train station, after getting there by bus from Bergamo airport. Public transport is very accessible from the apartment, buses, trams and metros. Easy to get around, and very quick to get to the Duomo and the centre of Milan (and other neighborhoods). Self check in and out was extremely easy and simple, which was great since I arrived late at night, and left early in the morning. Everything in the room was functional and usable, including the air condition and the hot water.

Note the room is small and short. The room I was in had a single bed. To reach it, you have to climb tall ladder, and then another very tall step. When laying in bed, there is not much space to the ceiling. It's impossible to sit in bed. The shower and bathroom are located in a small room under where the bed is. The ceiling in the bathroom is also pretty short. I had to make a panoramic photo to take the picture of the room. I am 1.72m tall (5ft 8') and it was ok for me, but if your height is above 1.75m (5ft 9') it may all be too tight and short for you. If you can handle this, the room is perfect.

I loved the location, the building was clean, I had everything that I needed to cook for myself if I wanted to. I could walk to all of the locations that interested me also. It’s well situated for public transport including a direct line to the airport. The staff really worked hard to help me if I needed it. They spoke English making it easier for me. They stored my bag so that I could check in later or out then collect it later in a secure room. It was well priced for its proximity to everything.

The hotel is located in a perfect location next to the train station, close to the Duomo and the Chiesa Di Santa Maria della Grazie. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. There are laundry facilities and our studio had a microwave, stovetop and fridge. The bed was comfortable.

The wifi coverage was very poor and reception was only possible if you went outside the room.

I thought it will be hard to enter and find my room but it was super easy and safe. The room was very clean and all the stuff that I need electronic and kitchen tools were there ready.

At the beginning of WiFi was problematic but as they promised they really solved it and I used it perfectly. I didn’t want to use metro’s to the city center. So the place is central but little far to walk to Duomo di Milano. This is my personal choice But transportations are so close.

The most attractive thing about this hotel is it’s cleanliness, excellent staff who’ll help you, and the location of the hotel, it is really located in the central part of Milan and is not hidden (easy to find), the metro is so close that you can get anywhere in a few minutes.

First of all I was not informed that there would be no window in our room (for me this is a minus, but for others it may not be a problem).And secondly, the bathroom is something terrible. It's not about cleanliness, it's about size. It's so tiny that you can't even move.

Location and cleannesses- It was super close to the subway and train stations, so in 15 minutes you can arrive at Milano Centrale Railway Station by subway, or in 1 minute by feet at Cadorna Railway Station that takes you to Como Lago by train. It’s 5 minutes away from the amazing Sforzesco Castle that’s definitely worth visiting.

The fact that it didn’t have windows, but I guess that seemed obvious from the pictures so I expected it.

Its location stands out the most and the friendliness of the staff. I couldn’t find the place thanks to Apple Maps going nuts and when I called the property, the receptionist came to find me and took me to the property. There was a bunch of great restaurants literally 2 minutes down the road and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The metro station is also 3 minute walk away.

At night it just got a bit too noisy and they could do a better job to soundproof the rooms around

Nice compact room, everything you need for relaxation and convenience is in the room. Own bathroom, kitchen and kitchen appliances, what else is needed for convenience. But the most important thing about these apartments is the location, just an ideal area, everything is within walking distance, the place is quiet and safe. I recommend these apartments, I was satisfied.

I'm not sure about the other rooms, but my apartment was a little noisy. This is not just because the neighbors were disturbing, but because the refrigerator is very loud working.

I loved how friendly and helpful was the staff! The guys helped me on everything I was asking since was my first ever time traveling abroad but myself. I will definitely choose them again! Plus, the fact that everything works via codes and no keys or cards is the most convenient thing ever! Perfect air condition, 4 towels - I was amazed since in Greece we serve only 2 - super easy to locate and exceptional accommodation!

I have to admit that in my room (A22 - first floor) had a little mold under the air condition which made the room smell a little bit when I was entering. That's all.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff on reception. The apartment was great for a two night stay in the city, in a fantastic location with a Metro station just 100m away. There's a fantastic restaurant across the street, Miscusi, which is a must visit! Another must visit for coffee and a pastry is Puccia's Brothers which is very close by. A great stay, would recommend the property!

The shower didn't drain very well and so the bathroom floor was soaked when showering, but as long as you had a quick shower it was fine.
