An excellent hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter with easy access to everything. Supermarket, Spas, and eateries are all very close by. The hotel decor was very nice and modern. The room we took was on the 9th floor and it was very nicely decorated, clean, and had great bathroom facilities. All the staff were wonderful, especially DUC, ZOE, and many others whose names I don't know. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and always with a smile. The breakfast was very good. The roof top bar was very nice and they played good music. When we left we ordered a car from them and when we found it was too small, they got us a bigger one for no extra charge. All in the all, very customer-focussed and a great attitude!

Great location and very spacious, clean room with super comfy beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and really went the extra mile — we even got a complimentary room upgrade and they proactively replaced the sofa bed with a regular bed without us asking. Really appreciated the thoughtful service! Would definitely stay again.

If I had to mention one small thing, it’s that the breakfast (specifically the scrambled eggs) took a little while to prepare — but honestly, it’s a very minor point and didn’t take away from an otherwise great experience.

It lacked a pool. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Maria & Jason and a nice young boy who opened the doors and helped at reception but I didn't get his name. The rest of the staff did not speak or understand English so communicating was difficult even though they were always smiling and friendly.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good. The aircon was wonderful. It was hard to communicate in English and we needed a pool.

This is an exceptional hotel in the centre of Hanoi. It is well located for the lake etc making it easy for travellers to walk around the city. The staff were professional and welcoming, providing an excellent service - nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is immaculately presented with a great breakfast selection and views across Hanoi, from the restaurant. There is a roof top bar (open to non-residents) with fabulous views and again the bar staff were highly accommodating. We had a suite that overlooked the main road at the front of the hotel - it wasn't that noisy as we stayed during the weekend. It was a fantastic room with a sofa to relax. During the weekend, the roads around the area are closed to traffic. During our stay, we had direct contact with Heidi via WattsApp which proved useful for her top tips etc. We had a minor issue with the TV, but David (another staff member) assisted us and it was soon sorted out - excellent. We stayed 3 nights and had to leave for the airport very early on the final morning. The kitchen arranged for takeaway breakfast boxes - 3 in total! They were jammed with goodies for our trip! I would highly recommend this hotel - thank you.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Aurora Premium! Phenomenal location in the heart of the Old Quarter. Delicious breakfast buffet in the high-floor restaurant with views of the city. The rooftop has a lovely atmosphere and offers reasonably priced drinks and an evening Happy Hour. We also took advantage of the hotel spa's 50% off massage services in the morning. Receptionist *Zoe* was super helpful and friendly during our entire stay from check-in to check-out! She offered so many great suggestions for our visit. We really liked the cookies that are provided during check-in, and Zoe helped us order some more to take home :)

A little bit noisy outside from all the motorbikes beeping, but that's to be expected when staying in the heart of Hanoi!

There aren’t enough stars to properly rate ourexperience at this hotel! This place exceeded our expectations. From checking-in until departure, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL in EVERYTHING! We have spoken highly of Aurora since returning from holiday. EVERY staff member was exceptional; though, we only recall the names of a few…Heidi, Zoe, and Nia. Kudos to everyone there. We look forward to returning “home” on our next visit to Hanoi. Thank you for providing a warm, welcoming, caring, and elevated experience.

There was NOTHING to dislike about Aurora!

We have been back to Aurora 3 times when we were touring North Vietnam. We were very happy there. In the mornings we were always greeted by the smiling Miss Van in the restaurant. She is quick to anticipate our needs and communicates well. Later in the day we see her at the reception area together with the lovely and helpful ladies Miss Moonie & Miss Heidi. Most of the staff are lovely. We even get fresh cut fruits in our room everytime we come back. It was very much appreciated. They really made us feel welcome and they attend to our every needs. Thank you everyone.

I didnt like the glass stained window without curtain. Light comes through in the mornings. The spa was not nice and relaxing. It was on the 2F where the staff room is located. When I went, there were people busy at the staff room and it was noisy and crowded. I went to the spa reception but it was not relaxing and welcoming. There was no relaxing music and very muggy too. Inside the spa room was so unwelcomingly quite and muggy. The brown towels are not soft on the skin. The massage I chose was traditional vietnamese massage which, it says, centred on pressure points. But it felt more like swedish massage. No pressure points at all. But aside from Spa experience, we had a very good stay.

A great location to access sightseeing spots, restaurants, shopping, 24 hours laundromat service within walking distance. The staff are very nice and friendly, I want to shout out for Zoe, she is very helpful & arrangements for a birthday surprise for my friend, do the booking restaurant & train street cafe as well. The breakfast on the top floor & skybar has a great view of Hanoi Old Quarter. One negative point was only 1 lift available for a 12 storey building, it is pretty inconvenient and waiting time may take quite a while. Some of us choose walking up & down the staircase.

I love everything about our stay in this hotel - the facilities, breakfast, cleanliness, magnificent view from our room and especially the exceptional guest services. All staff are friendly and helpful. Six of us arrived in this hotel from our Sapa trip and after informing reception that 3 are my sister's family travelling back home that night. I am impressed and genuinely appreciated that they arranged a taxi for them, and they treated them well. That is very impressive and what I call a top-notch service that few hotels would do. I would like to particularly mention and thank Zoey, Ly, and Chau.

I love the breakfast/restaurant area where you have the cityscape view of the lake (Ho Hoan Kiem) and Hanoi in the old quarter. We, of course, paid extra than usual for it but it’s worth it. Ms. Moon and Mr. Lan Nguyen were extremely helpful and very hard working staff, the management should take note most importantly. Also there was a lovely lady with mesmerizing lashes in the breakfast area, unfortunately I forgot her name but, she was attentive to the customers and friendly.

Although there were minor hiccups during our stay, the Manager, Ms. Moon, was gracious and helpful. She made sure things are resolved promptly. PS: Please check if there’s any bed bugs issue because after our stay, both my friend and I noticed some itchy bites on my hand and my friend’s leg.
