I have recently began to visit Liverpool monthly. This is the best laid out apartment I have stayed at in 6.

I can overlook the draft from the single glazed windows and the lack of bedside lamps. The noisy sanitary system in the bathroom was unforgivable. My partner and I used the toilet at least twice each during the night which woke the other person up due to the noise of the sanitary system. I hope you have not fitted the same noisy system in all 17 apartments? I would still like to stay in one of your apartments in the future.

The apartment was incredible — way bigger than expected, with comfortable facilities like two big couches, a great bed, and a big kitchen. The view was nice, and it's located very close to main attractions like The Cavern. Access to the property was easy and there's a lift to carry your luggage.

Nothing really. I wish you could leave the luggage if getting to Liverpool earlier than check in time, but there's no reception to leave it with.

Have been to Castle apartments a number of times These are great sized apartments with full Kitchens and facilities at very reasonable prices. Well located near the docks but also next to a good variety of shops and Cavern district .

The room we had on this occasion had bedroom window to the front opposite Cook St There was a lot of noise in the mornings .It is a busy area and some noise can be expected but I have not experienced this level of sleep disturbance in any other Castle St room or flat. In saying that the price was excellent and an investment in some ear plugs would do the trick.

Location..absolutely BANG IN THE CENTRE ..if you don't want to, or can't travel easily with mobility issues, its the PERFECT spot. So central it was surprising considering the cost of the apartment. Modern, beds were comfy, had full self catering facilities..genuinely lovely place to stay.

Didn't like the fact that the deposit was taken after full payment was made. I get the need the hold a card just in case there's any damage etc but..felt a bit at ransom in case I put a fork back wrong..If any issues occur after inspection, fair enough, you have the bank details. Didn't like the literal taking of 150 pound prior to arriving without even putting a toe in the property. A few oddities that could be addressed ..no lamps/low lighting in the bedroom. It's all or nothing, full 8 bulbs above or no light at all.. Very slippery shower base and no grab rails. It's just a "be careful situation" if an older person or immobile person is staying.

Well equipped, great location, clean and very comfy. Also felt safe and secure. (It didn't bother us at all!!) but if you don't like party crowds noise on the weekend when you're trying to go to sleep you won't like this location. The windows insulate from quite a lot of it and we slept perfectly fine through it but just something to bear in mind if you are light sleepers or easily disturbed.

The flat is great, as well as the location. Great value for the price.

Strangely, communication with the host was difficult: I asked if we could drop off our luggage (two small trolleys) before check-in but received no reply — even though this service was supposedly available, according to their information. I also inquired about a late check-out (and was happy to pay the stated fee), but their response came very late. That was disappointing to the point where I'm not sure I would return, despite the place itself being great. Because of its central position, this place could be challenging for people who look for silence at night. It was all right for me.

Location was great, close to lots of restaurants and Liverpool ONE. Place was generally clean, particularly the kitchen which was nice. Price was fantastic for two nights. Great size with lots of space to relax separately to where you sleep. Lots of facilities in the kitchen for cooking/cleaning up after yourself. Right next to a Sainsbury's local which is handy (but expensive) for picking up bits to eat/cook.

The room smelled really bad when we initially arrived, as though someone had used the toilet recently, but the smell lingered for hours even with the windows open. The lift was out of service so climbing to the 3rd floor wasn't the best, but we are forunately able enough to do that. Would potentially be quite a struggle if not. The television remote didn't work properly so was only good for a couple of functions, couldn't really use the smart TV functions properly as a result.

Good spacious apartments in a great location, easy access 10 min walk to Albert Docks, Cavern Quarter within 2 mins. Good selection of restaurants/bars close by as well as Sainsbury/Tesco Express for self catering. Good communication from hosts and responses to queries raised before arriving, easy collection of keys

Lift was not working at the time of visit but this was communicated in advance and thankfully we were allocated first floor apartments and the stairs were ok for the older members of the group. Downside to first floor bedroom just above the street was a degree of noise during the night from revellers partying and delivery lorries arriving before 6am. (Rear bedrooms had no noise). The apartments do not have table lamps or bedside lamps which would be a nice addition!

We always go in a 1 bed apartment, I have a sleeping problem so usually sleep in the living room. I thought there would have been more covers on the bed, it was a cold night and I could have done with some extra blankets. I appreciate we could have put the heaters on but I was thinking of the safety aspect so didn't put on. I had to use a towel and my coat over myself to keep warm so I hardly slept as I was cold so it wasn't a great experience for me. My fault for expecting extra blankets to be in the cupboard, I only learned after that I could have requested these extra blankets but there was only a cotton cover on the bed anyway which was not adequate. To be fair it was a very cold night out as well as in the apartment.

What can i say?? The apartment was everything promised and so much more!!!! Wow what a beautiful place to stay, apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The apartment was huge. The living space was just amazing. We felt so relaxed. Beds were comfortable and aparment lovely and warm. The sani tech system in the main bathroom did make a noise after toilet or shower used which sometimes lasted up to 20 minutes or so compared to the ensuite which made a noise for a couple of minutes max. This however didnt spoil our stay. We were central to everything in Liverpool. We loved the place so much that we have already booked another 2 nights in July when we come down for our daughters graduation. Would highly recommend. Customer service is also brilliant for any queries.

The noise from the main bathroom sani system lasted a little long at times but didn't spoil our stay.
