The owner was very friendly and accommodating. She gave us a map and explained what route to take. The room was very clean and quiet. The villa was very nice and pretty well located. Breakfast was also really good! We would definitely stay here again.

Location was a beautiful walk from town center.

Bathroom was small. Some staff at desk were not helpful. Aircon in room was difficult to control. Phone in room was not working. Amenities were not replenished daily. No weighing scale in the hotel.

It was spacious, beautiful, clean, and had an elevator. The location was great. The staff were wonderful.

Breakfast was delightful. They have a great espresso machine, so the lattes were fantastic. The breakfast area is delightful, both inside and outside. The garden is a lovely setting to have breakfast. The library and sitting room was also delightful to gather in. The elevator was large and worked well, and the steps were elegant and not steep and easy to go up and down if you prefer. The location was great, it is on Villa Row across from the park, near a look out point above the city center. It is just outside the edge of the city walls. This is a perfect location, especially if you have a car. The walk to city center was 15 minutes but you are passing both a lovely view and shops along the way. It is right next to a very nice outdoor cafe. I highly recommend if you are taking a car to stay here instead of city center. My taxi cab driver said "oh, this is a nice area to stay in" when he got to street of the hotel. He is a local, and he was impressed, that sums up the safe, and lovely neighborhood.

I had booked a room with a desk, per my confirmation I paid for a room with a des. However, my room did not have a desk so I had to work in the library.

The hotel is very close to Siena’s historic city center. It’s nicely furnished and decorated and there’s a garden where you can eat your breakfast and relax. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast had a great selection of bread, fruit, cheeses, ham and we especially appreciated the plain yoghurt without added sugar. The hotel has no parking, but it was easy to find parking on a nearby street.

The bed was a bit hard and walls were thin. We were next to the stairs and a bit disturbed by other guests coming in late at night. We missed seeds and nuts and unsweetened granola on the breakfast buffet.

Location was perfect! Easy to get to the center of Siena and right next to the Fortezza Medicea which has a lovely part and view on top. 8 minutes to our tour pick up spot. Room and bathroom were a good size. Breakfast was wonderful with a great assortment of food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful patio.

Bed was a little too firm. It could use a mattress topper. But everything else was so great, it wasn't that big of an issue.

Very close to the center of Siena! Very comfortable room, with all the amenities we needed! Many choices at breakfast! We enjoyed our breakfast in the small garden! Excellent location for parking your car! Many spots very close and free! It was a last minute reservation and the staff were exceptional! Very friendly, took their time to talk to us and recommend a walking tour in the city and where to eat! Recommend it to anyone staying a couple of nights to enjoy the beautiful city of Siena!

La Villa is amazing accomodation, very stylish & boutique environment. Gentlemen in the reception gave us the great room with balcony, that was really outstanding. The location is great and breakfast as well. We really enjoy the stay in this hotel. Garden is amazing and as a benefit parking is on the street for free. Thank you for very nice experience!

Beautiful location, beautiful room and building, very friendly and accommodating staff. Very close to the Basilica of St. Catherine.

Parking limitations.... Street and public parking-- was very difficult to find open spaces at the time we arrived in the evening. Daytime was somewhat easier. Be sure to read all parking signs for date/time restrictions! We ended up getting a parking ticket....
